Great house, nicely located over the roofs of a cute small village. Superb view, nice and big pool. At night it's only for easy sleepers: No A/C, no mosquito protection, animals living in the roof making strange noises

La villa est spacieuse et confortable. La vue est Ă  couper le souffle et offre une perspective unique. Les chambres et les espaces sont bien ordonnĂ©s et la cuisine est extrĂȘmement pratique avec toutes les choses nĂ©cessaires afin de recevoir de nouveaux invitĂ©s et organiser de grandes tablĂ©es. L’hĂŽte est extrĂȘmement rĂ©actif et disponible. Gut ausgestattetes Haus in toller Umgebung

Dieses Haus bietet alles, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Ausstattung ist - wie bereits hĂ€ufig beschrieben - ĂŒberdurchschnittlich gut, alles ist vorhanden. Auch BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher gibt es in ausreichender Anzahl und guter QualitĂ€t. Man braucht hier wirklich nichts von zu Hause mitzubringen. Der Vermieter ist nicht vor Ort, kĂŒmmert sich aber sofort um eventuelle Anliegen der Mieter, wenn man Kontakt mit ihm aufnimmt. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit den Brettern auf der Terrasse, die sich an einigen Stellen zu Stolperfallen verbogen hatten. Der Vermieter hat sofort reagiert und Handwerker beauftragt, die die Stellen repariert haben. Wir hatten leider nicht das beste Wetter (immerhin Mitte Mai), aber man hĂ€lt in diesem Haus auch mal einen Regentag ohne Depressionen aus. Auch von drinnen bietet die Glasfront einen herrlichen Rundumblick, bei dem sogar ein Gewitter Spaß macht. Auch das Internet funktioniert gut, so dass man in dieser Beziehung den gleichen Komfort wie zu Hause hat. Der kleine Ort Corconne ist fußlĂ€ufig in 5 min. erreichbar, allerdings gibt es dort keine GeschĂ€fte. Lediglich eine Bar mit Restaurant (Mittagstisch) ist am Ortsausgang zu finden, dort kann man morgens auch Brot kaufen. Wir haben mit 4 Personen zwei wundervolle Urlaubswochen verbracht und können dieses Urlaubsdomizil mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen

Traumhaus, klasse eingerichtet, tolle Architektur

tolle Betreuung durch die Nachbarin, sehr gepflegt und sauber vorgefunden, gute BettwĂ€sche. AtmosphĂ€risch starke, originelle und gemĂŒtliche Einrichtung, KĂŒche perfekt ausgestattet mitsamt Mixer und GewĂŒrzen, gute Idee, Grundstock an Nahrungsmitteln vorhanden zur Nutzung zu haben, Pool mit herrlichem Blick, großzĂŒgige Terrasse mit guten Liegen, Haus durch Fensterfronten sehr schön hell, man fĂŒhlt sich gleich sehr wohl und daheim. Lage ideal fĂŒr Unternehmungen in der NĂ€he (Wandern!) und auch in der Umgebung. BĂ€cker in Quissac hat klasse Croissants und Baguettes, Einkauf in St. Matthieu besser möglich. Tipp fĂŒr Restaurant: LE BOSSENS in Sauve!!! Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Agréable séjour

Séjour trÚs agréable dans une vraie maison de vacances trÚs bien équipée...une conception qui invite à la détente dans un cadre trÚs lumineux. Seul regret : n'avoir pas pu profiter de la piscine mais la situation géographique de la maison est idéale pour découvrir la région. Un grand merci pour l'accueil de Marjolaine.

une vue Ă  couper le souffle !!!

Nous avons louĂ© la maison pour une semaine au mois de mai comme base arriĂšre pour notre mariage. LA maison a plu Ă  tous , amis comme famille ! Il y a tout le confort nĂ©cessaire et plus encore ! une vue extraordinaire, une immense terrasse oĂč l'on se croirait sur le pont d'un bateau !! MĂȘme de la piscine la vue est fantastique. C'est calme , reposant, c'est vraiment le paradis ... Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueilli ! Je mets nĂ©anmoins un bĂ©mol sur le parking qui devient compliquĂ© au bout de trois voitures mais Ă  part ça, y a pas de fausse note.

Ein Traum! Sterne

Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Hang mit einem weiten Blick ins Tal und die HĂŒgel. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, die KĂŒche hat alles im selbst aufwendige Mahlzeiten zu gestalten. Das Haus auf zwei Ebenen ist Ă€ußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der tĂ€gliche Blick entweder von den verschiedenen großrĂ€umigen Terrassen oder durch die endlosen Fensterfronten ist unglaublich schön. Selbst den Pool konnten wir im April nutzen, der morgendliche Weg ins Dorf zum Baguette holen, war auch von den Kindern gut zu Fuß zu bewĂ€ltigen. Die Lage zwischen Nimes und Montpellier bietet unendliche Möglichkeiten fĂŒr AusflĂŒge - manchmal fiel es fast schwer ins Umland zu fahren und das Haus und den Blick fĂŒr einige Stunden nicht zu genießen. Danke und wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Endroit magique à découvrir

Si vous aimez la nature et les ballades, c’est parfait. Nous y avons passĂ© les fĂȘtes de fin d’annĂ©e et avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© la vue et l’ensoleillement. Nous avons mĂȘme pu profiter de la magnifique terrasse Ă  cette saison. Le soir, la falaise qui domine le village est illuminĂ©e et c’est trĂšs romantique. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis par les voisins trĂšs serviables qui s’occupent de la maison en l’absence des propriĂ©taires qui vivent en Inde. Nous avons profitĂ© de leurs conseils pour les ballades (notamment la chapelle de Corconne Ă  ne pas manquer) et les vins de la rĂ©gion. Comme il y a le fonds de cuisine avec tous les produits de base, on est vite installĂ© et on se sent comme Ă  la maison. Il n’y a pas de commoditĂ©s Ă  Corconne, mais Quissac est Ă  7 km oĂč vous trouverez un IntermarchĂ©, Office du tourisme et le marchĂ© du mercredi. Dans les bons plans, il faut encore mentionner le parking Tram and Ride l’Occitanie si vous souhaitez aller Ă  Montpellier, ville qu’il faut absolument dĂ©couvrir.

Why they chose this property

I like this wine-producing and touristic region between sea and mountain. This ecological house represents for us an architectural ideal. We are far from the holiday-built homes only for the rent ! We put it our sweat and our heart and just a little grey matter to obtain this wooden architec house hanging between scrubland and cliffs.
