This charming old wine country house, renovated in 2013, is located in a quiet site on a beautiful wooded plot of 1.3 hectares, offering a magnificent view of the old village of Maubec.

The country house houses large volumes and spacious bedrooms on a surface of 230 m². It is equipped to give you all the desirable comfort.

All shops, banks, doctors, etc. are waiting for you 5 minutes by car to Robion or Coustellet, whose farmers' market will allow you to appreciate the products sold by the producers.

Maubec benefits from a good geographical situation to visit the Luberon (Cavaillon - Gordes axis) and Provence (A7 highway Aix-en-Provence - Avignon).

Belle maison provençale très bien située

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison provençale. Elle est très bien située proche des jolis petits villages (Menerbes, Lacoste, Goult..), au pied des montagnes avec une vue magnifique. Elle est très calme et assez isolée pour ne pas être dérangé par le voisinage tout en étant facile d’accès et assez proche de tous les petits commerces nécessaires. La maison est grande, très bien équipée, fraiche en été avec un grand jardin idéal pour les enfants. La piscine est grande et agréable bien que vieillissante. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances de famille dans cette maison que je recommande et avons eu une très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Merci Pierre!

Authenticité dans un cadre bucolique. loin des toutristes.n des touristes.

Entre le petit village de Maubec en hauteur, et à flanc de colline, la bastide se situe en contrebas, sur d'anciennes terres agricoles. Une belle piscine, des oliviers, un petit potager pour plantes aromatiques et fleurs. Des nuits plus fraîches qu'ailleurs, malgré la canicule. Aube rose et coucher de soleil à volonté ! Un hamac avec vue sur la montagne, où mes petits enfants se racontaient des histoires. Ballades et ping-pong joyeux. Petits déjeuners sous la jolie tonnelle. Ce fut une belle réunion familiale comme dans mon enfance.

Une belle demeure presque parfaite...

Très belle et grande maison provençale, idéalement située au pied de la montagne du Lubéron. Le terrain est vaste et sans vis-à-vis, la vue imprenable et la piscine grande. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Quelques axes d’amelioration: Les abords de la piscine mériteraient par exemple d’être mieux aménagés (dallage, couverture pour éviter que l’eau ne refroidisse...), le débit internet est très faible ce qui est embêtant car il n’y a pas de réseau mobile, une plancha de meilleure qualité, et avoir idéalement la clim dans les chambres.

Met 6 volwassenen en 3 kinderen hebben we 8 dagen gelogeerd in deze mooi gerenoveerde zeer ruime Bastide. 2 mooie terrassen om te eten in de schaduw en een grote grill plaat buiten om ‘s avonds te BBQ’en. Idyllisch uitzicht op het oude Maubec en een supergrote tuin met groot buitenzwembad (zwembadverlichting was spijtig genoeg wel stuk tijdens ons verblijf). Als het te warm buiten is, kan men genieten van de koelte in de ruime living met airco. Wel geen airco boven op slaapkamers. Bakker en restaurant La Bergerie op wandelafstand. Super U op 5 min met de auto. De ligging in Maubec is ideaal om verschillende uitstappen te doen in de Luberon (Gordes, Rousillon, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Mont Ventoux, ...). Het huis ligt op de fietsroute Apt-Cavaillon. Aanrader!

Magnifique maison de famille dans un cadre exceptionnel

Nous avons passé une semaine hors du temps, en famille, dans un cadre unique. Cette bastide a été rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et offrait tout le confort nécessaire pour les petits (lit / chaise bébé) comme pour les très grands (grandparents heureux de profiter de la chambre et douche de plein pied). Tous avons apprécié la cuisine bien équipée, la très grand piscine, la terrasse abritée et fleurie, le parc entouré des montagnes et du vieux village de Maubec, la plancha, les nombreux tournois de ping-pong. La communication avec les propriétaires et l'accueil de Floriane étaient à l'image du lieu et nous espérons être de retour dans les années à venir. Merci encore pour tout!
