bright and spacious house, very well equipped for a family holiday, combining the quiet of the countryside and the nearby village of Patrimonio 5 min walk. St Florent and its beaches or the Cap Corse are just minutes away by car. ideal place to relax quietly by the pool or in the tree shade, or to explore the beautiful Cap Corse. Bastia, its old port and its citadel are less than half an hour drive through the col de Teghime andits magnificent views.
There is a double room with shower on the ground floor and 3 other bedrooms upstairs, one with shower and the other two sharing a bathroom.
The kitchen very well equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator is open to a dining area inside and one on the shaded terrace.
The living room with a mezzanine opens onto the pool and a large garden.
The house has fibre access to the internet
