The ground floor consists of a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.

Il Castagno is located in an ancient farmhouse, consisting of five apartments. Located in a panoramic position, in a 21 hectare park, on the hill overlooking the medieval village of Spoleto.
Just 2 km from the historic center. (car not essential, but recommended).
The park is very peaceful and quiet.
Beneficial and regenerating walks on the estate, combined with relaxation in the beautiful infinity pool, will brighten your days.
We are 2 km from the Flaminia state road, through which you can easily move to other Umbrian towns.
