Beautiful villa located on a farm 6 minutes walk from the center of Sóller in a very quiet area, where you can breathe peace and tranquility with unbeatable views of the Sóller Valley with its orange, lemon and other trees, wild fruits that will have the opportunity to Take and drink during your vacation.

The villa has been recently renovated and well equipped, all the furniture is in perfect condition because it is brand new. It consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, outdoor kitchen (bbq), terraces, garden, pool and jacuzzi. The perfect and comfortable equipment to spend an unbeatable holiday both as a couple and as a family.

Our property has all the necessary services for our customers to enjoy their stay as if they were at home, for us the comfort of our customers is something essential and for this we want to offer: Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV (international channels), cleaning services, nursery, massage, wellness, etc.

Our property has a large private parking where you can leave your vehicles, although the truth is not necessary to take a car since the property is located a few meters from the center. It has supermarkets 500 meters away, restaurants, bars, taxi stops, train, etc.

About Soller ..

We are lucky to be in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, and to enjoy what this privileged natural paradise is giving us. In Sóller we have a train and tramvia centenarians that make idyllic routes connecting with both Palma center, and the Port of Sóller. Soller also offers hiking trails through the magnificent mountains connecting with several points of the Sierra de Tramuntana (Deià, Valldemossa, Cala Tuent, Sa Calobra).

The nearest beach is only 10 minutes away by car (in the Port of Sóller) where you can bathe enjoying this emblematic site called Sierra de Tramuntana.

Fabulous villa in great location.

Six women stayed for 8 days an absolutely loved the property. When we arrived we said we could spend the whole time right there. The views were fantastic and there was so much outdoor space we never felt cramped. Our only complaint was the lack of communication with the host. We were told to read the booklet and basically had to figure things out for ourselves. The hot tub was only working 4 out of the 8 days. We contacted the host and did not see her for 2 days.. We had other questions, like the heat and the stovetop and outdoor lighting but had no response . We were very surprised by the lack of help after the reviews we had read. This did not spoil our time as we loved everything about the villa and would go back again.

Winterurlaub mit Freunden

Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und hat einen tollen Garten mit vielen Obstbäumen. Wir konnten jede Menge Orangen, Clementinen, Zitronen und Grapefruits ernten und hätten auch im Pool baden können, wenn es ein bisschen wärmer gewesen wäre. Was uns gefallen hat war, dass wir mit einer sehr guten Flasche Wein und Sekt begrüßt wurden. Es gab auch Spülmaschinen-und Waschmaschinentaps, Spülschwämme, Öl und Gewürze, die wir benutzen konnten, was wir aus anderen Ferienunterkünften nicht kannten. Die Zimmer sind mit vielen Plastikpflanzen und Blumen liebevoll dekoriert. Wir haben das Haus mit 6 Personen bewohnt, was ok war, da wir uns sehr gut verstanden und auch den Garten mitnutzen konnten. Von der Größe ist es besser geeignet für 4-5 Personen. Was ein bisschen gestört hat war der Hahn, der immer sehr früh in der Nacht gekräht hat, da hätten Ohrenstöpsel geholfen. Aber ansonsten waren wir glücklich und die Vermieterin war auch sehr nett.

Lovely stay in a beautiful property

Really enjoyed our holiday - relaxing with wonderful views. Generous hosts with gifts of fruit and eggs and quick to respond. Cot, high chair and even a baby seat for the car loaned kindly. Never really worked out how the hot tub worked though- would have liked to use it more but couldn’t manage the settings. Thank you!

Fabulous

Absolutely stunning villa with great pool. Excellent views. Luxurious fittings and very well appointed. One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Definitely recommend this. A short 5 minute stroll to town and the host was very helpful.
