About Bea White
Since moving to Sainte-Colombe in 2012, Bea and Derek have been busy renovating the house, various parts of the grounds and gardens and installing the solar-heated pool which everyone enjoys. They have also renovated Le Grenier, the adjoining annex and following requests by guests to rent both properties as a whole, we are making both of these available for summer bookings, this retaining exclusivity for guests. We will still be onsite at Pyron and spending summers in Le Four, a rustic renovated studio cottage.

Why Bea White chose Sainte-Colombe
We love the peace and quiet of the countryside, local walks, the rolling hills of the Chalosse, the Pyrenees, Atlantic Coast and Spain (San Sebastian is only 2 hours by car) plus the local French food and wine. We have been warmly welcomed into the local community and hear about some great places to explore from our neighbours and friends, many of which we can share with you.
What makes this House unique
Le Grenier at Pyron is a characterful property retaining its original wooden beams and benefiting from complete renovation. The property has a well-equipped kitchen, leading into the garden for alfresco dining. A solar-heated in-ground pool is located next to a large barn for table tennis, table football and darts surrounded by spacious grounds with mature trees. Hammocks in the garden are enjoyed and loved. Many people love the peace and quiet of the area and the property; it is perfect place to recharge your batteries. It also provides the opportunity to explore further afield into Spain, the Pyrenees and the Atlantic Coast. Speaking both French and English we can help out with translating, booking trips, suggesting places to visit, etc...
