The small villa occupies 55 sqr metres and is located next to the sandy beach of Ammoudara (5 minutes walk). The small city of Agios Nikolaos is a 5 minute drive.
The location is ideal for individuals seeking peace and quiet close to the nature. It is suitable for couples, companies of individuals and families. It offers a spectacular sea view to the gulf of Mirabello. It is located within a large garden overlooking the big blue. There is ample space around the villa for relaxation or even lunch on the stone benches under the shade of trees, infront of the big blue of the golf of Mirambello. The house has been renovated with refined taste . All visitors have full access to our garden and the surrounding area and are welcomed to use it. We welcome them and expect them to be careful and tidy with gardens and exteriors. A garbage tin has been placed 30 metres from the entrance of the complex. The villa is standing exactly opposite to the bus station of Agios Nikolaos-Kalo Chorio offering easy access within minutes to the sandy beaches of "Voulisma" and "Istron".

Beautifully and lovingly presented, this little place was perfect for our autumn getaway.

Well managed, clean and good quality buildings and furniture. We appreciated the location near to the coast. Its well situated for exploring the East and South east parts of Crete and is a straightforward drive from the airport on the E75. The property has everything you need; its especially good it has its own outdoor space with the option of using the rest of the garden too. The mosquitos were a slight nuisance later in the day so would advise taking insect repellent. The bed was comfortable and the living area. The kitchen is well-equipped, our only complaint - no microwave oven. Overall, we highly rate this little place and consider it quite a find.

A little paradise on earth !

The apartment Eden for two is perfect for people looking for a quite relaxing place. This elegantly and nice furnished apartment has got a bedroom leading directly to an orange- and lemon tree garden. A well equipped kitchen and a separate living-room make this apartment a little tiny home away. You’ll find everything you need, even a washing-machine. A beautiful covered porch, as well as a hammock and wooden table with sea view make your stay unforgettable. An absolute surprise and extra is the welcome bread, oil, vinegar as well as all the breakfast items having been provided by the owner. She is a perfect host welcoming her guest with joy and giving all necessary information to them! There is a parking lot belonging to the apartment. The bus station is right in front of the apartment. Agios Nikolaos may be reached on foot within 50 minutes. It’s a nice easy walk. We can recommend this place to people looking for a special location. It really is one!

Ein supertolles Objekt zum Wohlfühlen. Jeden Morgen waren wir im Meer schwimmen (3 Minuten Fußweg).Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die uns Wasser, Früchte, Gebäck, Kaffee und Tee beim Ankommen zur Verfügung stellte.Die Kontaktaufnahme der Gastgeberin fand unmittelbar nach der Buchung statt (GPS Koordinaten des Objektes mitgeteilt). Die weitere Kommunikation war sehr gut.Sehr zu empfehlen.

„Eden für 2“ verdient seinen Namen

Das kleine Ferienhaus ist mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Individualität eingerichtet worden. Alles war top sauber. Zum Empfang stand eine Flasche Wein u.a. m. für uns bereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben uns bestens erholt. Marianthi ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die diverse Bitten von uns schnellstmöglich erledigt hat. Wir werden bei unserer nächsten Kreta-Reise wieder bei ihr buchen und haben sie auch schon weiter empfohlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très confortable et agréablement décoré, au milieu d'un jardin d'arbres fruitiers. Nous avons été très touchés par l'excellent accueil de Marianthi, malgré notre arrivée tardive. Nous avons pu profiter de délicieux produits locaux laissés à notre attention (brioche, pain, marmelade, jus de fruits, huile d'olive, etc....) Ce cadre idyllique nous a permis de passer un très plaisant séjour en Crète.

Hallo, wir hatten noch nie eine schönere so geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden Backofen, Kaffeemaschinen, Toaster, Waschmaschine usw. usw, super nette Begrüssung. Marianthi war immer sehr bemüht das es uns gut geht. Ein schöner Innenhof mir einem alten Johannisbrot Baum darunter schöne schattige Sitzgelegenheit wenn du der Sonne entfliehen willst. Die Terasse mit den Zitronen und Orangenbäumen für schöne Frühstücke und den Abend genießen. Einfach Super. Liebe Grüße Petra & Hans

Sehr herzliche Betreuung!

Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt. Liebevoll gestaltetes Apartment mit mediterranem Innenhof. Zunächst war aus technischen Gründen die WM Übertragung in Frage gestellt, aber es wurde umgehend gelöst ! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sind immer erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen !
