This large and smart flat, composed by four rooms, is located right in front of the cable car that takes to Bormio 2000 skiing facilities and boasts of a spectacular panorama on the mountains and the plain of Bormio.
Wood has the main role in this house, full of natural light and recently refurbished. It is composed by a large living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with bath tube and shower cabin: up to six people can easily enjoy their staying here.
Warm, comfortable and functional this flat is equipped with custome-made wooden furniture and new electric appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, traditional and microwave oven, induction hob, washing machine, tv/stereo cd.
The flat, fully exposed on four sides, has four large balconies. Garage and basement are at guests’ disposal to store skiis, ski boots, sport equipment and bicycles.
Garden and parking place complete the house.

Nice comfortable apartment. Very convenient to ski lifts and town.

Three couples stayed in this apartment. It was clean and very nice. The living room had ample room to accommodate everyone comfortably. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a washing machine. The location was very convenient for skiing and being able to take a quick walk into town, or to grab a bus. The kitchen was adequately equipped. Nicoletta was very responsive on getting us some wine glasses (most important on vacation!). We would certainly look at staying in her home again should we take a future trip to Bormio.

Top Wohung in Top Lage beim Skilift

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Auch die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Alles war gut. Nur Garage war zu klein, aber draußen hatte es genügend Parkplätze. Die Autos werden halt immer breiter!

Great spot, great host.

Perfect position opposite Bormio's main lift, an easy stroll to the centre of town. Property just as described and the communication with the host was efficient and helpful. Large living area. Definitely recommended for a stay in Bormio.

Great appartment and a wonderful host

We, a family of two adults and two small children, stayed in the appartment for 2,5 weeks. The appartment is very nice, have high standard and have a perfect location just next to the gondola. The host was very nice and concerned about our well-being. We strongly recommend this appartment to others.

Wonderful time in Bormio

Thank you Nicoletta for allowing us to stay in your great apartment in the beautiful town of Bormio. We had a fabulous time and could not have been more comfortable. The apartment is great, very well positioned for summer or winter activity. There was plenty of room for us and the bike gear. It would be perfect for a larger family group also. The decor and furnishings are great. Small hiccup with the internet connection initially but that was sorted quickly. Arrangements with local friends for key pick up and drop off worked perfectly, thanks to Michela and her family. I would thoroughly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone wanting an easy, comfortable and 'want for nothing' stay in Bormio. Thank you once again, we hope to return to Bormio again some time.

Great ski base location

best location I have ever had. Within steps to ski lift, ticket office , bars , and ski bus to other locations. Parked my car in assigned parking space and walked to everything. Only used my car to get to mountain spas. Everything I needed in apartment, which was clean and newly redone. Great ski town

L'appartamento è situato proprio di fronte agli impianti sciistici, quindi è molto consigliato per chi ama sciare. In generale l'appartamento è molto spazioso e pulito. La cucina è moderna ed è fornita di tutti gli accessori indispensabili ed anche i due bagni sono di ottima fattura con una bella doccia dal getto molto potente. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e va incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. In definitiva non posso che consigliare questo appartamento.

Beautiful apartment for ski or cycle

There were 2 couples staying in the condo We were in Bormio for a cycling weekend. The condo was perfect. The decoration, size, condition, location were all spot on. The condo was quiet and very comfortable and we did not feel cramped for lack of privacy. It was a short- (5-10 min) walk to the center of town. The Bormio 2000 lift was directly across the street. I would highly recommend this property and would love to go back again. The only negative I can think of was the mattress was not real comfortable in the 2nd bedroom.

I am Nicoletta.
I truly love this house. My best memories of my childhood and of my family are linked to it and to this beautiful place called Bormio, with the mountains that surround it.
My parents purchased this house when still the cable car was to be built, they chose it by project and followed step by step its construction. They wanted it as you see it, intended for our family.
Three years ago I decided to refurbish it because I am firmly convinced that the “things” we love deserve to be kept with care.
This is my home. Love it, respect it and take care of it as I do. If so you will always be welcome!

What makes this property unique

This is a special house. Large, comfortable, full of light. I refurbished it three years ago, mantaining the original room and providing it with new bathrooms, a new kitchen, new appliances and house facilities. I decided to change floor, balconies and frames.
Now it is as a brand new house.
It is fully exposed on four sides and the sun pervades it with its warm light all day-long. You can enjoy the sunlight on the balconies of the living room both during the morning and the afternoon, and why not? with a good reading in your hands.
During your staying here in Bormio you can simply forget your car: the cable car is right in front of the flat, you can check from the window if there is queue at the ticket office before getting out and the city centre is just five minutes walk far.
This is a quiet house, filled with a good silence, that silence that makes you sleep well. Yes, this is why this is a special house: it restores you and makes you feel good.
