About this property

Spanish style villa in a quiet area of Moraira, ideal for families with children. The villa is surrounded by flowers, palms, olive trees and buganvillas. The south facing private pool and terraces. A large swimming pool, 11m x 5m, means you can have a proper swim! The covered terrace is a nice place to enjoy the shadow or a barbecue in the pool area.
The villa is simple but well fitted. 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwashers, a dining area and a balcony. In the living area are 3 sofas, 46 'smart TV, wifi, Radio, DVD. The bedrooms, the dining area and the living area are equipped with ceiling fans to assure cool atmosphere.
NO AIR CONDITION !!! The villa has no air condition, but only 5 electric ceiling fans (ventilators) on the top of all 3 bedrooms, 1 over the sofa in the living area and 1 over the dining table, to assure a cool atmosphere.
At the back side of the house are plenty of space for parking and for sports. The villa is approx. 5 minutes driving to the village and beach. Golf course and tennis courts also within 5 minutes drive, supermarket within 7 minutes in car.

Très agréable

Location très agréable, au calme, avec une superbe piscine n'incitant guère à aller à la plage. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et conciliants, et également très patients (suite à des problèmes techniques lors de la réservation). Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ces vacances 2018, parfaites pour se reposer. Merci à Doria pour ses conseils

VILLA TRES AGREABLE

Villa très agréable et dans un secteur calme. Propre et bien entretenue. Très grande piscine . Propriétaire charmant et disponible. Descriptif et photos correspondants bien à l'annonce. Merci à David de sa disponibilité et de sa gentillesse.
