Located 300m from the Cale de Mordreuc and its small beach known for its seal, beautiful atypical house with 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine), lounge (TV), dining room, winter garden with table football, bathroom (with bath). Nice sported and closed garden, with terrace equipped (table, parasol ..). Quiet environment, ideal for walks along the Rance and to discover the region: Dinan, Saint Malo, Dinard, Cancale, less than 30min, Mont Saint Michel and Cap Frehel at 45min.
Perfect for a couple or a family loving nature.

Maison familiale

Maison idéale pour passer un séjour en famille, chacun y a son intimité. Le jardin est très agréable et Floriane est très gentille, flexible pour les horaires de départ et d’arrivée. Très bon séjour

Très bien !

La maison et le jardin sont très agréables, au calme dans un environnement où les activités sont nombreuses et diversifiées. Nous y avons passé de très bons moments en famille.

Excellent séjour

On se sent comme à la maison. La maison est agréable et bien décorée, le nombre de couchages est appréciable, 3 grands lits doubles et un lit simple, chacun ayant son intimité. Rien ne manque, même la machine Nespresso + la cafetière traditionnelle pour les accros. Le jardin est agréable toute la journée et permet de profiter du soleil ou de la partie ombragée par les arbres. Merci à Floriane, Carl et Sophia.

excellent gîte

Gîte très agréable ; nous avons apprécié le jardin ombragé pendant la période de forte chaleur où nos petits-enfants ont été préservés ; Floriane est très gentille et flexible pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ ; nous espérons pouvoir y revenir !
