Es ist ein schönes Anwesen oberhalb von Aulla. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig und gepflegt. Das Haus hat drei einzelne Wohnungen, von klein 3 Betten bis groß 6 Betten, alle haben eine eigene Küche und mindestens 1 Badezimmer. Jede Wohnung hat einen eigenen Aussembereich zum Sitzen. Handtücher und zwei bis drei Geschirrtücher und Spülmittel sind vorhanden, Spülmaschinentaps, Waschpulver ist selbst mitzubringen. Es gibt eine großzügig ausgestattete Aussenküche mit Spülmaschine. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Es ist ein gemauerte Grill vorhanden, Kohle/Holz muss gekauft werden. Salzwasser Pool ist sehr ordentlich, wird jeden Tag gereinigt, Sitzgelegenheiten, Liegen und Schirme vorhanden. Tischtennisplatte gibt es am Pool auch. Überdachte Stellplätze fürs Auto sind vorhanden, auch die Wäsche kann man gut zum Teil unter Dach aufhängen. Es könnte vielleicht ein bisschen darauf geachtet werden das die einzelnen Küchen bei Ankunft mit allem ausgestattet sind und man nicht erst alles aus der Gemeinschaftsküche geholt werden muss. Zu empfehlen ist es als befreundete Familien alle drei Wohnungen zu buchen, da ich es mir schwer vorstelle die Aussenküche gemeinsam mit Fremden zu nutzen. Allem in allem ist es ein schönes Haus, ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, in guter ruhiger Lage. Für uns als drei Familien mit sieben Kindern ausreichend.

Wunderschöne Anlage

Bei der Buchung stand 10 Minuten zu Fuss nach Aulla. Aber es sind 15 Minuten mit dem Auto! Das war eine grosse Enttäuschung. Die Anlage und der Pool sind fantastisch und im Sommer ist man fast nur draussen. Die Möblierung ist sehr alt und die Duschen sind teilweise fast unbrauchbar. Die Duschtücher hatten Flecken und auch sonst war die Sauberkeit nicht so gut. Aber die zuständigen Leute sind wahnsinnig nett.

Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort und ein sehr schönes Haus, ein sehr schönes Schwimmbad, ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre und nach Pisa; Florenz ist in zwei Stunden zu erreichen.

wie gehofft!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt auf dem Grundstück sehr genossen! Die Aufteilung der Wohnbereiche ist für größere Gruppen perfekt. Jeder hat seine Privatsphäre mit eigenem Bad, und trotzdem trifft man sich gemeinsam am Freisitz mit der passenden Außenküche. Der Pool ist richtig groß. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer unkompliziert und freundlich. Gerne wieder!!!

Superbe Séjour

Maison idéale pour plusieurs familles. Chacun garde son indépendance et la cuisine/salle à manger extérieure commune est un super endroit pour tous se retrouver. Très belle piscine aussi. La situation est idéale : au calme en pleine nature mais à 40' à peine de la côte et des Cinque Terre.

The estate was perfect for us. With a nice pool, barbecue, outdoor-cooking-area, table-tennis, bikes and enough place for the whole family we enjoyed our stay pretty much. The feeling of privacy und the nature surroundings are really beautiful. Summarized we definitively would come again!

Mycket bra boende. Boendet ligger en bit från Aulla men passade oss perfekt.

Vi var 9 personer och hade gått om plats. Allt fungerade som det skulle. Huset är uppdelat som i 3 lägenheter med 3 kök. Vi använde dock inte dessa då köket på uteplatsen var perfekt för oss 9 e. Boendet ligger en bit upp i bergen vilket gör att det tar en stund att köra. Kan verkligen rekomendera detta boende.

Zeer mooie woning! Schitterend zwembad, voldoende ruimte bij elk appartement. Grote tuin met verschillende terrassen. Zeer leuk om als 1 geheel te huren en toch wat privacy te hebben per koppel.
