Apartment on the first floor with balcony, facing south towards the mountain and the river 'Claree'.
At the start of cross-country trails, and 30 minutes from Montgenevre and Serre Chevalier, for the winter.

Very bright, comfortable. The furniture was made by the artisans of NĂ©vache and give this apartment a quality score, they are functional.
The windows and door window used to look away, to the heights, to admire the changing colors so depending on the season and light. To the west, the sunsets are often very beautiful, the blue color gradients are enchanting.
The situation in Lower Town, near the house 'Discovery' allows those who wish to just go in front for meals. This is also the connection to the Internet is possible for our tenants.

Un séjour magnifique dans la vallée de Névache!

La location est vraiment trÚs bien située, proche des balades, des restaurants, tout en étant au calme. Tout était parfait: logement mignon, fonctionnel, trÚs bon accueil. J'ai également vraiment apprécié le balcon. Je reviendrai volontiers passer des vacances à Névache et dans cet appartement. Merci beaucoup!

De Nevache ervaring.

Het verblijf te Nevache was top. Mooie omgeving, lekker eten, warm weer, pittige bergen en wandelwegen, prachtige natuur. Het appartement zelf was dik in orde, netjes, aangename ontvangst via Marie en perfecte communicatie!. Gewoon subliem, deze regio en het verblijf zijn een aanrader voor wie van de natuur, stilte en eenvoud houdt! Marilyne en Dirk (Zoe de viervoeter).

Nous avons bien randonnée autour de Nevache. Le logement est idéalement situé. Attention début mai ( hors saison) tout est fermé.

La belle vallée de la Claree

Petit appartement propre et sympa avec tout ce qu'il faut et situé à 500m du centre de Nevache. Dommage que le temps n'était pas au beau fixe, sinon la vallée est magnifique et la Claree magique. Superbes randonnées fleuries, un paradis pour les randonneurs

Magnifique endroit

La location était parfaite. Beaucoup de petites attentions agréables. Néanmoins le logement est mal isolé, nous n'avons pas eu froid mais le chauffage était poussé. Je n'ai pas beaucoup apprécié les alÚses jetables pour la literie. Elles nous ont été présentées anti covid, je les trouve surtout anti préservation de la planÚte, de plus ce n'est pas confortable.

Appartement trÚs propre complet , il ne manque rien pour y passer quelques jours il est situé juste avant Névache ou on peut y aller à pied . 2 Úme fois que je le loue, hors saison .trÚs calme . Et sans oublier, merci à la propriétaire d accepter les animaux ( bien élevés, bien entendu).

Emplacement idéal pour le départ des principales randonnées

Appartement idéalement placé pour accéder aux différentes randonnées sur la vallée de la Claree sans déplacements via un véhicule (navettes). Super propre et calme. Idéal pour 2 personnes voir 3 Prévoir quelques provisions ainsi que liquide (distributeur sur Briancon le plus proche). Déconnexion totale.

Belle appartement, bien situĂ©, Ă  quelques minute Ă  pied du centre de NĂ©vache. L' appartement possĂšde tous le nessecaire pour y ĂȘtre bien . Celui-ci est vraiment trĂšs propre ( bravo Ă  la personne qui fait le mĂ©nage) . Nous y sommes aller hors saison et c' est vraiment trĂšs calme .

Appartement trÚs agréable. TrÚs propre et bien équipé. Tout est conforme au descriptif. La chambre est située sur le pallier mais nous n'avons eu à déplorer aucun bruit.
