Beautiful Apartment, Great Central Old Town Location
For our second visit to San Sebastian, we decided to stay in Old Town and this apartment did not disappoint. It looks exactly like the photos, and the location was perfect to walk to the beach, pintxo bars, shops, everything in Old Town was right there. Since the apartment is right next to the old church in in the center of everything you will hear the church bells, the late night noise, and the early morning children on their way to school. Nothing bothered us, but something to consider. :) Also five stars for communication with the property management company - they were very quick to respond (sometimes within a few minutes!) and extremely helpful!

Smokin, literally !
Ok, so this place is very nice, very clean. The double bed was pretty comfortable, and it was nice for just the 2 of us to have the xtra bedroom to lay out our luggage. There was plenty of room. It's very close to the ocean which was great since we are runners and had a couple of great runs from the place. What it lacked was things to cook with like oils and spices and the little things that make a meal taste better. We didn't mind buying a few of these items to leave behind but since there weren't any already left behind, we weren't sure if we should leave them behind. Yes, I know were in a great location for some awesome food, but a person does need a break from all that goodness to have a regular home cooked meal which is part of the reason you rent a place with a kitchen right! Also, if you don't smoke, like us, this may not be a good fit. We woke up 1 of our nights overwhelmed with cigarette smoke permeating throughout the place. Directly downstairs is a facility that I think is a private club that has gatherings which are attended by lots of smokers apparently. I know, smoking is very common throughout Europe. Though the location of this place seems great, which it is nice to be located close to all the action going on, it also comes with the noises associated with all that action going on. And it goes on till early in the morning. San Sebastian is a very beautiful place, and the old town is a great spot to visit, especially all the pintxos bars. But next time we will likely stay just outside of this area and happily walk over to enjoy the bar hopping experience. If you're a runner or a cyclist or even a swimmer, (aka a Triathlete) this area is awesome for these activities as well. We do look forward to coming back to San Sebastian.

The apartment was lovely and the location absolutely perfect.
The only thing I would mention perhaps is that it would have been nice to have met at the apartment itself on the day of arrival as parking is not easy so having to find two separate places and therefore having to find parking spaces twice in a short period of time in San Sebastiàn is relatively uncomfortable.
Other than that everything was spot on.

The Santa Maria unit was fantastic!
The Santa Maria unit was fantastic! Great location, so close to all the great Bars and restaurants in the old quarter. The unit is spacious and well appointed with everything you need. Very impressive automatic blinds to keep the noise and light away at night.
Would definitely recommend to couples wanting to stay in the heart of San Sebastian.

Appartement très propre et lumineux
Appartement très propre et lumineux. Situation proche des bars à Tapas dans une rue pietonne. lits très confortable, store électrique et double vitrage ce qui permet d'atténuer le bruit exterieur. Nous sommes venu sans voiture et c'est mieux ainsi car stationnement difficile.

Komfortabel und zentral gelegen.
Völlig unkomplizierte Bürokratie. Die Schlüsselübergabe war gut vorbereitet und ging ganz schnell. Die Lage der Wohnung in der Innenstadt ist großartig. Die Ausstattung sehr gut, modern und komfortabel. Alles ganz ausgezeichnet.

The location in the old town is fantastic
The location in the old town is fantastic. Everything is literally on your doorstep. The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and well equipped, including a washing machine which is very handy. We would definitely stay again.

-Beaches reachable by foot. A great bonus as parking is difficult and expensive. -The flat is in the Centre of the old town near cafes, restaurants, shops, beaches, museum, churches. A lot of character -The flat is spacious, new, fresh and confortable and modern. Great beds and modern bathroom and kitchen.
