This apartment is located a few meters from the fascinating Botanical Garden of Valencia, an indispensable stop for nature lovers. Beneath its cloak of vegetation, we can travel to each of the continents, imagining exotic or far-off places, or seeing close-up the plants that inhabit our Mediterranean countryside, all of which serve to remind us to the great biodiversity housed on our planet.

In addition, at the foot of the Botanical Garden are the Jardines del Turia, the old river bed with more than 9km in length. It is considered the lungs of the city, as it constitutes a true green space that runs the city from east to west, from the City of Arts and Sciences to Bioparc. Also, the historic centre of the city is located 10 minutes’ walk away from this property.

Very nice, everything we expected

Lovely apartment near the old part of the city. The location was perfect for us. Apartment was very comfortable and included everything we expected. Description was accurate. I would definitely do it again.

Bel appartement, bien situé, mais...

Accueil impersonnel avec clé à récupérer dans une boite à clés, pas d’informations sur la récupération des clés. Lave-vaisselle hors service et wifi non opérationnelle malgré des appels au secours vers le gestionnaire de l’appartement. Beaucoup de poussières ds l’appartement. Bruits dus aux travaux à l’étage inférieur dès 8h (nous n’étions pas prévenus de ceux-ci). La situation est idéale pour découvrir la ville de Valence. Bonne literie et appartement bien agencé et décoré.
