This apartment is for short-term rental. It is rented under a seasonal contract (Art. 3 LAU) for stays of 11 nights or more.

Apartment in the old town of Valencia. Next to Plaza del Tossal, in the heart of the Carmen neighborhood. Located near the main monuments: Cathedral, Central Market, Plaza de la Virgen, Serranos Towers, Quart Towers, and City Hall Square.
A 10-minute walk away is the largest urban park in Spain, the Turia Gardens. Along its nine kilometers, you can stroll or practice any type of outdoor sport. The City of Arts and Sciences and the Bioparc are also located there.

The apartment has a capacity for 2 people. It has Wi-Fi and air conditioning (heating and cooling).
Living room with Smart TV and Netflix subscription.
Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. It also has a kettle, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils.
Bathroom with shower.
Bedroom. With a 1.50 x 2 meter bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Ideal for two people.
We provide an iron, towels, linens, shower gel, and shampoo in the bathroom. A welcome gift is also included upon arrival.
The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom are all on the same level. A spiral staircase in the living room leads to an attic where cleaning supplies are stored; access to this attic is restricted to guests.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Check-in after 9:00 PM will incur a €50 surcharge.
All types of parties and any noise that may disturb the neighbors are strictly prohibited in the apartment.

SEASONAL RENTAL ONLY: Stays of more than 11 nights will be considered seasonal rentals, subject to the signing of a seasonal rental agreement, not for tourist, holiday, or leisure purposes, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Law (LAU). This agreement will be signed on the day of arrival.
Stays permitted with a minimum of 11 nights and a maximum of 11 months.

- For stays longer than 28 days, utilities (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly limit of €150, which is a generous amount for convenience. The tenant will be responsible for paying any difference above this limit. For responsible use, the ideal temperature for the air conditioning is 24–26°C in summer and 19–21°C in winter.
