Your home in the center of valencia

The apartment sleeps up to 2 people. After a day of sightseeing, regain strength on the couch in our dining room watching tv, smart tv, taking a shower in the bathroom, or cooking in our kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, utensils, and all necessary utensils to prepare a good breakfast or dinner. And at night rest on the double bed in the master bedroom, where you can leave your stuff in the large closet and in the dresser.
We provide iron for your stay, towels, bedding, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. In addition, at entry into the apartment we offer a welcome detail.
If you want to be in the center of Valencia and have almost everything you need to visit on the door, this is your apartment.
Check in will occur from 15:00.
Check in after 21:00 will presume a surcharge of 50 euros.

Beautiful Valencia

The two weeks in this apartment were perfect !The location of the apartment is ideal for sightseeing, all the interesting monuments are on walking distance.Also plenty of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood!Manuel the host is very sympathic and welcoming in case of problems he is available and helpful.Marianne

Great central location

Just Perfect

Wonderful apartment, wonderful part of the city

Manuel’s apartment felt like home from the first day. A lot of care is taken to ensure things are clean and organized and there information left to guide you to good places to eat, how to get around, etc… the location really could not be better as most everything is walkable and if not, the bus system is so easy!! You will not regret choosing this apartment!

Apartment in center of old city València

The owner Manuel met us at arrival and went over everything to know about the features of the unit.. he also gave us some good tips on the central market and some of the restaurants in the are..He was a pleasant man and answered al our questions…the apartment itself was spotless and the location was incredible overlooking a square on a quiet street.. there are so many cafes and restaurants within a 15 minute walk.. We loved our stay in Valencia

Perfect Old Town Valencia Stay

This quaint little apartment had everything I needed to enjoy my first vacation to Valencia. It's incredibly ideal location made getting to know the area a breeze. I had no issues finding places to get the necessities and the set up of the apartment made for a very peaceful sleep in an area of town that is happily busy late into the night. Manuel has many great recommendations and made himself available for anything I'd need. Looking forward to coming back - there is so much more of Valencia to explore!

Impeccable apartment, perfect location, exceptional host

We have stayed in many rentals, in many cities, and this is by far the best ever!First, Manuel- the host. Many rentals have you pick up a key somewhere, or give you an access code, and you have to figure everything out on your own. Manuel, on the other hand, met us at the apartment and gave us a 10 minute walk through of everything : Heat/Air conditioner; washing machine; keys and entry protocols; kitchen appliances, etc. We then kept him longer, asking tons of questions about the neighborhood, the restaurants and the events. He was in no rush and was more than happy to answer them all. He also responds to text/WhatsApp within minutes! Best host ever!Next - the apartment. Impeccable is the only way to describe it. Immaculately clean. Well furnished. Well appointed kitchen. Tons of cupboard space in the bedroom. Beautiful floors. Quality linens. Everything you hope for in a rental.Finally - the location. Right in the heart of old town. All the major attractions are within a 10-15 minute walk. Restaurants and bars galore. A beautiful little balcony to watch the activity below. For Las Fallas, the parades and the evening shows are right across the square and can be viewed from the balcony.The fact that I have written such a lengthy review says that we absolutely loved everything about our stay here. Next time we’re in Valencia, this is where you’ll find us!

Don’t Skip Valencia

A smaller, but very lively city, and the old town is the place to be. The apartment looks out over a courtyard and exquisite smaller church. You are minutes away from all the main plazas, and could spend days exploring the winding streets crammed with endless interesting shops, and restaurants. I did venture out from the fortress walls to visit the Modern Art Museum. Again, just a short walk away. The host was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. The bedroom is located at the back, away from the street. Even this normally quiet street was filled with people on the Saturday night, but sleep was no problem.

A lovely stay and lovely host

We finally got to have our 2020 las Fallas family reunion this year! All three sons traveled from all over the USA to be in Valencia together. Our son whose wife could not attend stayed in Manuel’s apartment for the week, which really suited him because he could enjoy the Fallas late night dancing from his perch on the balcony. It was wonderful because he was the only one whose spouse wasn’t there. Manuel dealt with my need to change our meeting time to get the keys. He showed us all the essentials and quirks of the place. Very grateful.

Excellent amenities

We really liked this apartment. Everything had been so well thought out to ensure that we had a comfortable, relaxing stay. It was spacious, light, clean and comfortable and very well equipped with nice touches such as cakes and chocolate to welcome us and a warm blanket in the lounge for cooler evenings. Every item - door keys, TV, air conditioning, kitchen appliances, shower etc. worked perfectly and were easy to use. The lounge had the advantage of an attractive open view, whereas the bedroom gained from being quieter. Manuel was most friendly and helpful, both with the booking and check-in process.

Sehr gute Wohnung nahe des Zentrums von Valencia

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liegt ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum von Valencia entfernt. Ideal für Stadtbesichtigungen. Sehr gut erreichbar auch vom Flughafen aus. Die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Manuel hat uns sehr gut eingewiesen und uns gute Tipps auch für unseren Kurzurlaub gegeben. Er antwortet sehr schnell auf Anfragen und ist sehr daran interessiert, dass man sich in seiner Wohnung dort wohlfühlt. Alles in allem --> sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Appartement très bien situé et propre pour visiter valence

Logement très appréciable, localisation parfaite, propreté irréprochable et Manuel a même eu la gentillesse de nous faire des recommandations pour visiter Valence. Super Appartement!

Das Appartement war sauber und ordentlich. Es ist sehr zentral und man hat die Möglichkeit überall essen und etwas trinken gehen zu können. Besser geht es fast gar nicht. Vom Appartement kann man auch diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen und Bus und Bahn ist auch in der Nähe. Die meistens Sachen kann man zu Fuß super erreichen. Die Gastfreundschaft des Besitzers Manuel war sehr zuvorkommend. Alles nötige war bereits in der Wohnung und auch für Getränke wurde gesorgt. Super freundlich wurde uns alles erklärt und bei Fragen konnten wir immer direkt Manuel schreiben. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr entspannt und wir würden dieses Appartement immer wieder weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung

Das Apartment ist auffallend sauber, komplett ausgestattet inklusive Gewürze, Essig und Öl und süßer Aufmerksamkeiten. Manuel ist ein aufmerksamer, liebenswürdiger und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber mit guten Tipps, die uns fast alle gut gefallen haben. Ideal ist die Lage im malerischen und lebhaften Ausgehviertel, das gleich um die Ecke liegt mit Lokalen aller Art aber auch den Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs einschließlich einer kleinen aber guten Bäckerei in einer verwinkelten Gasse keine zwei Minuten entfernt. Auch der Mercat Central und die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Valencia sind ganz in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Best place to stay in Valencia

Manuel’s place was very clean, and perfect for our stay in Valencia. Manuel was great with the check-in process, meeting us upon our arrival to let us in and show us around as well as give us great local recommendations. The place had a very comfortable bed and AC and was in an incredible location in Valencia’s Old Town, walking distance to pretty much everything! If we ever come back to Valencia, we will for sure be booking here again. Highly reccommend!

A Perfect Little Abode

This apartment was perfect, so clean, and so well kept. Manuel was a wonderful host and so accommodating after our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until 1 AM. The location is great and I would stay here again in a heartbeat next time I am in Valencia.
