About this property

Modern Luxury 1 bed Apartment close to Beach, Bars, Restaurants & shops

This modern apartment on the second floor has all the amenities you will need while enjoying your stay on this beautiful part of the Dalmatian Coast.
It consists of a large south facing balcony where you can catch the sun all day. With mountain views and overlooking gardens and fruit trees.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with matching wardrobe & bedside table. There is a fully functioning kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, oven & hob & all the utensils needed. The lounge/diner area has settee, glass-top table and 4 chairs plus 32" flat screen tv which daily put on English spoken programmes.
The bathroom has up to the minute large modern shower cubicle with sliding doors, a large lit mirror over the sinks and a wc. It also houses the washing machine. There is a hairdryer. The apartment is air-conditioned and has internet access. Towels and linen provided but please bring your own beach towels. Cleaning is carried out before our guests arrival.
Car parking is available at the rear of the building but is not essential as everything is close at hand.
There are brochures in the apartment giving information on tourist sites of interest and activities and there are travel agents in the village.

Sehr gepflegtes, zentral liegendes Apartment. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht man den Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause und es fehlt an nichts. Ganz klare Empfehlung und definitiv nicht der letzte Urlaub in dem Apartment!

Alles war sehr gut.

Alles war sehr gut dort. Marija ist super nett und hilfsbereit, wurden sogar in ihr caffe eingeladen und es lief alles wie abgemacht. Wohhnung ist in einem Top Zustand und hat alles was man braucht.Lage ist auch gut, 200 Meter bis zum Strand, Einkaufmöglichleiten in der Nähe . Gerne wieder .

Die Lage ist super, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es fehlt nichts um den Urlaub zu geniessen. Um die Gegend zu erkunden ist die Lage optimal, Scoter mieten, lecker essen und baden gehen, alles vor der Tür! Danke

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Für Selbstversorger war über Töpfe, Waschmaschine bis hin zum Toilettenpapier alles vorhanden. Man fühlt sich direkt wie Zuhause !!! Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir sogar einen kleinen Korb mit kroatischen leckerreien. Durch die sehr freundliche Begrüßung der Eigentümerin, war ich sehr angetan. TOP UNTERKUNFT!!!!

Enjoyed our stay in this flat which is handy for all your needs beach ,shops, restaurants/bars, market and bus. Top floor flat with good views. The only negative would be that the road can be busy and noisy at times. Otherwise I couldn't fault it.

My property offers a relaxing getaway in a quiet, residential street less than a minute walk to the old town and village square.It has everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
It is close to all the facilities you would possibly need while enjoying your holiday including supermarket, bakery, ATMs, pharmacy, bars and restaurants.
A 2 minute walk takes you to one of many beaches in the area. the nearest beach.

What makes this property unique

The property is modern, well equipped and is ideally situated to enjoy all the village has to offerer as well as having easy access to Trogir and Split.
Enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine on the balcony with views of the Kozjak mountains!!
