Located in the heart of Provence, just 25 km from Orange and Avignon and near the Mont Ventoux, this villa is ideal for summer family vacations, quiet, in the south of France.
Covering an area of ​​155 square meters, it can accommodate 5 people. It is composed of:
- 3 bedrooms, 1 with 1 single bed, 1 other with 1 double bed and finally a third with 1 double bed.
- 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower, the other with 1 bath.
- 2 separate toilets.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, crockery, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator).
- Internet access and TV 1.
- 1 terrace with 1 garden and 1 barbecue and a petanque field.
Note that the electrical appliances is provided (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dryer). You will also find air conditioning, a private pool, solarium, table football, a gym and a parking lot. Pets are not allowed.

Nos ha encantado la casa. Además de ser espaciosa tanto en el interior como en el exterior, está perfectamente equipada con todo lo necesario. La comunicación con Jean-Marie ha sido fantástica. La piscina es más onda de lo que parece en las fotos (a la altura del pecho), así que más que sufuciente para refrescarse y relajarse. Grandes árboles para disfrutar de buena sombra en el jardín. En cuanto a la ubicación, la panadería, un par de restaurantes y el supermercado están muy cerca y se puede ir andando. A unos 30 minutos en coche de Orange y Avignon. Volveremos sin duda cuando volvamos a visitar la zona.

Location très agréable et bien équipée !

Cette location, située tout près du cœur du village mais dans un quartier très calme, correspondait exactement à nos aspirations. La maison très agréable et parfaitement équipée, avec sa piscine bien entretenue par le propriétaire très sympathique, nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour !

Perfect for a stay in Northern Provence

The Villa is ideally placed for exploring the Avignon / Orange / Nimes / Mt. Ventoux areas. In the villa, there is everything you will need for your stay and will comfortably accomodate 5 people. In the centre of the small village of Aubignan and therefore close to supermarket, bars and restaurents. The pool is only small but ideal for cooling off on warm summer days.
