Nice to visit Paris by transport, you will enjoy our nice little town and it is easy to park without paying.

The apartment is very well located, close to PARIS, Vincennes (the castle, racecourse, Floral Parc des Expositions) and the edges of marl with its Guinguettes.
The RER line A serves the center of Paris: 15 minutes Les Halles, 20 minutes Champs Elysees.

Super Urlaubswoche in Sylvies Apartment

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war wirklich toll. Sylvie war jederzeit schnell erreichbar, vor und während der Reise. Es war ein herzlicher Empfang (sogar mit Blumen aus dem eigenen Garten). Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz für 4 Erwachsene und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Lage ist mit der Zuglinie A sehr gut angebunden und man ist schnell im Stadtzentrum bzw. kann in fast alle Linien umsteigen.Nach den vielen Menschen in der City ist es hier in Fontenay sehr ruhig und erholsam. In Fußreichweite der Wohnung befinden sich viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Einkaufen.Es war rundherum eine super Urlaubswoche.Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Sylvie und hoffen, dass wir einmal wieder in der Ferienwohnung Urlaub machen können.

Schöne Wohnung, netter Ort, super Anbindung an Paris

Wir waren als Familie im August für Olympia und ein paar weitere Tage in der Wohnung und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Der Check-in war problemlos. Sylvie ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Mit einer Übersetzungs-App ließen sich auch unsere schlechten Französischkenntnisse gut überbrücken. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und ruhig. In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich Bäcker, ein Lebensmittelladen und Restaurants (sehr empfehlen können wir das "Le Village"). Man ist zu Fuß schnell an der RER-Haltestelle und mit der Linie A in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Paris. Das Auto brauchten wir gar nicht. Es konnte ohne Zusatzkosten am Straßenrand geparkt werden.

8 Tage Paris

Wir waren im Juli für 8 Tage in der Wohnung und hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt. Sylvie ist sehr freundlich und herzlich und war für uns immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie in der Beschreibung und sehr sauber! Wir haben auch in den Betten hervorragend geschlafen! Es ist ein ruhiges Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Man ist schnell an der RER-Haltestelle, beim Bäcker oder einem der kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Der Markt mit frischem Obst und Gemüse, sowie Backwaren und Imbissmöglichkeiten ist sehr zu empfehlen (mittwochs und sonntags 8-13 Uhr). Wir sind überall auf freundliche und hilfsbereite Franzosen gestoßen, ob im Geschäft, Restaurant oder auf der Straße, das war ganz toll! Kompliment an Paris und Umgebung !!! Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder in die Wohnung, Fontenay-sous-Bois und Paris kommen!!!

7 days in the apartment

The apartment was as described in the advertisement. 12 minutes walk (including a shortcut past the kindergarten) to the RER station, whose trains are in the center of Paris in 15 minutes. The center of Fontenay-sous-Bois is a 5 minute walk away and has bakeries and grocery stores as well as a few restaurants. The communication with Sylvie was friendly and helpful.

Parisurlaub mit Kind

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin, sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hell, und es fehlt an nichts. Bemerkenswert ist die Vielzahl an Garderobenhaken und Leselampen in allen Räumen. Die RER-Station liegt ca. 8 min Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt, und man erreicht in wenigen Minuten die Pariser Innenstadt. Fontenay ist ein hübsches und gemütliches Städtchen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch zu später Abendstunde. Letzteres ist praktisch, wenn man abends aus Paris zurückkehrt und auf dem Heimweg noch Lebensmittel für das Abendessen und Frühstück bei mindestens drei verschiedenen Händlern besorgen kann. Es lohnt auch ein Besuch im benachbarten Vincennes: Sowohl die Innenstadt mit ausgesuchten Geschäften, das Schloss und der wunderschöne Parc floral mit abwechslungsreichen Spielplätzen laden zu Entdeckungstouren, Picknicks und entspannten Spaziergängen ein. Von uns gibt es daher eine klare Empfehlung für die Ferienwohnung in Fontenay!

L'appartamento è spaziosio ed è ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario, io e la mia famiglia (5 persone) siamo stati benissimo, si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ed a circa 10min dalla RER A, vicino trovate minimarket, farmacie, ristoranti,ecc...è un ottima base di partenza per visitare il centro di Parigi. I proprietari sono persone molto gentili e premurose, ringrazio tanto Francois e Sylvie!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. An easy walk to RER A gives quick access to Paris. Easy access to Disneyland. The village area has small groceries, bakeries, restaurants, and a twice weekly street market is nearby. Sylvie is a caring host. We will stay here again.

Excellentes prestations, spacieux lumineux et traversant. Accueil impeccable, propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Paris accessible sans souci en utilisant le RER A : 7 minutes à pied quand on connait le raccourci ; ) Nous étions quatre et nous étions à l'aise. Très bien !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé, propre et calme. Seul petit bémol, il manquait quelques petites choses basiques : un seul rouleau de papier toilette, pas de serviettes en papier, sacs poubelles etc... rien de très grave. Nous avons hâte de revenir pour nos prochaines vacances sur Paris. Merci!!

Great value stay!

The apartment is in a lovely quiet suburb not far from the city centre. It has all the necessary facilities with Wifi too. It is a great place to stay to explore Paris city centre and we had a great stay here. I had a family of five and with 3 children and it was fine in terms of size. The station is a 10 minute walk and the rer line is available from this. Sylvie is very organised and welcoming and was very accommodating in allowing us to leave our luggage there after checkout time so we could go out until our taxi arrived for the airport. The apartment has basic furnishing and was very clean.

Nous sommes restés un mois, le temps de pouvoir déménager dans notre nouvelle maison. L'appartement convient bien à 4 (2adultes et deux enfants). Ilbestbproche des transports, et globalement bien équipé. Quelques couverts de plus seraient les bienvenus pour espacer les lavages mais je suis sur que Mme Cannizzo fera le nécessaire, toute attentive qu'elle est à notre bien-être. Le descriptif est fidèle, l'appartement est bien entretenu, pas de nuisance particulière et les rues alentour sont garables assez facilement ( et gratuitement ) si vous avez une voiture. La literie est bonne, le linge de toilette changé toutes les semaines, bref, on recommande..
