Porto Sant'Elpidio, apartment a few meters from the sea

on the second floor (no elevator) a few steps from the sea, completely renovated in 2015.

It accommodates up to 6 people:

2 places in a double bed in one room
2 bunk beds in another room
2 places in a comfortable sofa bed for one and a half abundant in the kitchen nook

The new kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. pans are provided, dishes, plates, glasses, cups, mocha etc. There is also a Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine and a toaster. Each room is equipped with ceiling fan, double bed in the room with no TV (DTT). Breakfast nook in the kitchen there is TV (DTT). The bathroom has a shower. There is a washing machine and a clothesline, an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer. Also provided are broom, dustpan, mop, bucket and mop. Linen is not provided unless requested, with 9 euro per person (per stay), linen is provided: sheets, towels (small, medium and shower towel), bedspreads, tablecloths and tea towels, shower mat. The terrace is large and you can eat, there is a folding table and six stools. There are two awnings. A few meters from the apartment starts the bike path that runs along the promenade for kilometers, ideal for those who like to ride my bicycle. Bicycles can be hired and kept in the garage under the building and closed by a gate (it is not possible to leave the car). Behind the house there is ample free parking.

Consumption is included, cleaning is optional. You can provide by itself or if you require cost 50 eur. 15% discount for long stays from 28 nights. The weeks generally go from Saturday to Saturday, any exceptions must be agreed in advance.

The faleriense area, in the south of Porto Sant'Elpidio. it is very well served and the proximity to the motorway toll booth (less than 5 minutes by car) makes it a convenient starting point for trips and excursions and for those who love shopping, given the presence of numerous outlets and outlets in the surrounding area. In the evening there are often markets, music, theater performances.

At the sea there is sand mixed with small pebbles to the shore, then sand. The backdrop is not immediately deep. On the beach there are both establishments and the free beach and there are green areas nearby with games for children.
