This independent, single-storey rural cottage offers a contemporary and warm atmosphere.
It has a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, electric and gas hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher), a living room with sofa and fireplace, and a convivial dining area.
Two bathrooms with shower and toilet are available, ideal for stays with family or friends.
On the night side you will find:
• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 single bed (90x190)
• Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140x190) and 2 single bunk beds (90 x 190)
Outside, a walled patio guarantees privacy and tranquility. You can also enjoy a shaded terrace, perfect for al fresco dining, as well as private parking.
The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of cottage 336, making it possible to consider stays for several families while maintaining independence.
Heating method: Electric heating + fireplace.
The price does not include electricity consumption: a fixed allowance of 2 kWh/day/person is included in the rate. Any consumption exceeding this will be payable to the owner at the end of your stay (based on meter readings taken upon arrival and departure).

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille.Le gîte est spacieux et adapté pour les familles (nous avons 3 ados).Pour les visites: Carcassone, châteaux cathares... et à 1h de Gruissan pour la mer.Très bon accueil des propriétaires: disponibles si besoin.N'hésitez pas à visiter leur cave où vous aurez de belles explications. Sans oublier le sentier découverte autour de vignes et du Hameau.Nous recommandons le gîte et ce beau département

Casa rural muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta en familia y con niños. Estaba muy limpia. La dueña Sophie es muy amable y destacar lo agradable y dispuesto que es su padre. La casa cuenta con buena calefacción y chimenea que nos ha hecho muy agradable la estancia, ya que hacía bastante frío. La ubicación muy bonita, un poco apartada. La recomendanos.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Notre hôte s'est montrée très disponible et réactive. Belle promenade à faire dans la garrigue à pied depuis le gîte. Emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans le secteur.

Casa muy confortable y tranquila, ideal para descansar y pasar unos días con los críos. Por su ubicación es estupenda, pues está muy cerca de Carcassonne y Lagrasse, pero a la vez es un sitio mucho más tranquilo. Los dueños muy amables, tanto Sophie como su padre, que además habla muy bien español. Muy recomendable, nosotros repetiremos seguro. Muchas gracias por todo. Merci !!!

Les relations avec la propriétaire ont été excellentes aussi bien avant notre arrivée pour obtenir quelques renseignements complémentaires qu'après notre arrivée. Le gite est très confortable :grandes pièces lumineuses, cuisine très bien équipée...Mais Chateau Villemagne est loin de tout et nous ne nous étions pas rendus compte que dans cette région les routes étaient aussi sinueuses....Mais quelle nature sauvage, quel spectacle!

Super prestation. Très bon accueil. On a été agréablement surpris. La visite de la cave du vigneron est très intéressante ainsi que les vins. Il y a de belles balades à côté du gîte. Un sans faute. Merci.
