Swn y mor detached Holiday Let- Dog friendly by the sea Prestatyn with Hot tub

Swn y Mor is a detached bungalow opposite Ffrith Beach Prestatyn a blue flag sandy dog friendly beach.
The property boasts 2 bedrooms with quality double beds and wardrobes, the bathroom features a walk in power shower and toilet and sink, the kitchen has in built electric oven and hob, a inbuilt fridge and top ice box, a integrated dishwasher and a gas boiler to power the heating and water.
Please note There is no washing machine fitted.
The lounge has a smart TV with 2 and 3 seater leather sofas, the attached dining area has a table and 4 chairs. Both bedrooms have smart TV's.
Outside the property has a drive for you to park safely, the rear garden has a 16x 8 summer house with a rattan suite and a hot tub for use all year round. ( Times for use being up until 10 pm. The garden is south facing and very private and a real sun trap. We also provide a BBQ between April and September.
Dogs are welcome without extra charge and the garden is totally enclosed and secure for your dog without any worry. The beach opposite is also dog friendly all year.
The location is literally across the road to Frith Beach which is one of the best and cleanest beaches in the UK.
A couple of minutes walk away is a Sizzler pub eatery, a fab chip shop, a indian chinese takeaway, a post office, a general store and a bargain booze.
Across the road is The North Wales indoor bowling centre and The Frith entertainment complex.
Prestatyn town which is about a mile away boasts a brand new shopping retail park with a thriving high street with numerous pubs and eaterys.
Prestatyn is at the start of The Clwydian range of mountains which provide a large number of attractions to enjoy and a short drive from the Victorian resort of Llandudno and Snowdon mountain range a little further down the coast

Great apartment and location

Our first impressions were that the property looks better than the pics, and the location exceeded our expectations too. There's a playground nearby and the beach is beautiful, and very walkable to Prestatyn. Overall a great place to stay.

Continuous dripping shower was quite annoying when in bed trying to sleep needs to be addressed. Overall, it was a nice place to stay with the friends & the dog .

Holiday with my Aunty

The bungalow was fantastic and had everything we needed for our stay. Even though we were close to the main road, this could not be heard at all inside. There was plenty of information about things to do in the local area and plenty to do for everyone. We would definitely consider returning to this property.

Me, partner and 2 dog's. Entered, warm, smelling lovely, clean, a big wow!. Everying was here, working, clean. The tea, coffee and biscuits lovely. Nice out side, hot tub, clean, large working, Love It. Wish i stayed longer. Would love to go backnext year.

Bungalow very cold snd musty smelling on arrival No complimentary shampoo etc Towels had strange smell to them Steps to front and rear of property not mentioned in listing Hot tub very dated and very noisy so only used it twice within the week we were there Neighbours security light left on every night so was shining through bedroom windows Bicycles very dated so didn’t use during our stay Prestatyn Rhyl and towyn within walking distance plus plenty of regular buses Beds and pillows very comfy, beach lovely but you have to walk through a park to access it Nice bungalow but over priced

Weekend break by the seaside

The bungalow was lovely. Home from home and decorated so lovely too. The hot tub was definitely a bonus. The garden was fully enclosed and we weren’t overlooked. The beach was a short stroll away and we had a few walks along the beach towards a lovely cafe, which also served hot food and alcoholic drinks. It’s worth a walk along too if you stay here. We visited Conwy, , llundudno and Colwyn bay. which was only a 30 minute drive away. If we had longer we would have travelled the other 30 minute drive on from there towards Snowdonia national park, Everyone was really friendly. This area is perfect for families as there are loads of amusements and a town centre in Prestatyn and Rhyl. But equally there are other areas to visit if your a couple with dogs as we were.

Loved our stay

This was a new year break so booked very early. The communication all the way through was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. The bungalow was spotless, a very good size and super comfortable. It is situated just off a main road, there is a slight noise in the living room which is at the front of the house but silence at the back in the bedrooms. The house had everything we needed, I usually find theres at least one kitchen utensil I need, here they had everything. Loads of storage in the kitchen and bedrooms, loads of hangers in each wardrobe (so many times I've opened a wardrobe to find about 5 hangers, here there were at least 20/30 in each wardrobe.) Location was lovely, few minutes walk from the beach and shop (and good fish and chip shop). Short drive to a large supermarket or into Prestatyn and Ryhll centres. The hot tub was a lot of fun. Garden was secure, we had a dog and could safely leave her to lay on the garden house floor while we all got in the hot tub. Would 100% come back and 100% recommend!! Thank you for helping to make a perfect New Year break.

A lovely holiday home

We had a very enjoyable Monday to friday stay in half term, the house , garden, hot tub and location were all great, the owners check the hot tub early morning but do not disturb at all. We will definitely be returning, the local beach is also fantastic for dog walks and cycling.

Lovely, clean property and very comfortable, the hot tub is great and theres everything you need at the property, towels, plenty of crockery, pans to cook ... everything. Easy access to the property and owners answered messages right away. I will definitely be staying there again soon.

Beautiful Bungalow

This is an immaculate holiday property with everything we needed plus a few little extras. It was spotlessly clean and in a great position opposite a long stretch of sandy dog walking beach. The beds were comfortable and the shower was perfect. There is a lot to do in the area and we had no problem keeping warm and comfortable inspite of the backlash from Hurricane Lorenzo and 4 days of rain. We highly recommend.

My name is Marianne Elgin. Swn Y Mor is my fourth Holiday let in the North Wales area. I started my letting business 4 years ago and like to provide a quality holiday home for all of my guests.
Swn y Mor was purchased in 2016 and has been completely refurbished to a high standard as i believe if you are going on holiday you would want to stay in a quality home and not have to suffer in sub standard accommodation.

Why they chose this property

Swn Y Mor as i say has been refurbished to a high standard. I believe it stands out due to the fact it is pet friendly and the back garden is totally secure as i know a lot of pet owners worry when they go away.
It is situated right opposite Prestatyn Beach which is one of the best beaches in Wales- always gets top ratings each year. Prestatyn is a town on the up and boasts a large number of facilities which are increasing each year. It is not a run down sea side resort you so often see.
The rest of North Wales including Snowdonia and Llandudno are short drives down the A55 for you to explore.

What makes this property unique

The property is situated a minute or two from a pub, chip shop, hairdressers, post office, shop, leisure complex and indoor bowling arena however is far enough away for these not to intrude on your peace and quiet.
