The "5 June 2004" apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and features a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea and the sunset.
This charming two-room apartment consists of: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed that can be separated into two single beds, and one with a queen-size bed),a bathroom with a shower attached to one of the two bedrooms, and a kitchenette that opens onto a large terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and the sunset. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Free internet access (Wi-Fi) and air conditioning. Cleaning service every 3 days with a change of bed linens and towels.
The apartment overlooks the seaside promenade and an art gallery with an attached café lounge; therefore, especially during peak season, it may be a bit noisier than apartments facing the Old Town.
ROOM WITH A VIEW IN THE ROMANTIC KASTRO NEIGHBORHOOD
Pantarei*** Traditional Hotel-Apartments is a charming little apart-hotel located within the archaeological district of Kastro, the historic heart of the old town of Parikia (the main port of the island of Paros), between the old Venetian castle and the blue waters of the Aegean Sea.
The hotel has recently been designated a site of historical interest precisely because of its traditional architecture. The owners, Yannis, a Greek, and his wife Emanuela, an Italian architect, have restored it in keeping with the styles and materials traditional to the Cyclades islands, and the apartments in their guesthouse bear the dates of pivotal moments in their shared history, which began right here.
The studios and/or apartments, all with private entrances, feature architecture that honours the past and offer tasteful yet un tradizionale.La, the view of the beautiful sunset and/or the pristine chapels of the old town, combined with the magic of the area, make this place an unforgettable oasis. Friends and travellers return time and again, captivated by the place.
Our hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the port, in the residential part of Parikia’s historic centre, in the Kastro area, and is close to Market Street and the beaches.
Fun fact: Director Paolo Genovese chose our hotel to shoot some scenes from his film “Immaturi – Il viaggio.”
