Light & bright 1st floor apartment with superking/twin bed overlooks gardens
The Muntham Apartments are formed from one of Torquay's grand old Victorian villas and have bags of character and old original features. The apartments are located in the Wellswood area of Torquay. This quiet leafy residential area is a five minute drive from the centre of Torquay and from Torquay harbour.
Within a five minute walk of the apartments is the centre of Wellswood "village" where there is a pub, delicatessen, convenience store, patisserie, florist, pharmacy, beauty salons and much much more.
Apartment 6 at The Muntham Luxury Apartments is on the first floor and is accessed via the grand main staircase. It has a sitting room with sofa and table to dine at and windows over looking the gardens at the side of the property. There is a large flat screen TV which has a built in DVD player and guests are welcome to borrow for free DVDs form the owners' own collection.
The apartment also has a bedroom with a bed that can be configured as a twin or a super king. All bedding and towels are included in the rate and for guests staying more than seven nights we offer a complimentary bedding and towel change plus a light clean.
There is a newly refitted sparkling bathroom with bath and shower over. We supply guests with a complimentary welcome pack of toiletries.
Finally, the apartment has a good sized and well equipped kitchen which has also been newly refitted. It has an electric oven, electric induction hob, dishwasher and microwave. We supply guests with a welcome pack of teas, coffees and milk etc.
Ar garden level is a communal laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers. Complimentary detergent is supplied. There are ironing facilities here too.
There is free WIFI for all guests and a parking space for each apartment. Additional free on street parking is available on Barrington Road by the side of the property. Guests can also make use of the EV charging points located in the property car park.
We accept one dog in this apartment. It must be 12 months or older and must never be left unattended in the property. There is a charge of £10 per night for a dog. This will be added to the value of the booking prior to arrival.

We have been running Torquay Holiday Lettings Ltd for nearly 10 years we purchased Muntham 5 years ago. We are passionate about what we do. We want you to have the best home away while you are on holiday. We have a small team of dedicated staff who work hard to ensure you have a great time in our properties.
Why they chose this property
Muntham is one of Torquay's grand old Victorian villas and despite its change of use to holiday flats in 1950's has managed to retain some fantastic original features. Over the years it has had some exceptional owners who have looked after it well. We want to go down in history as those who looked after it the best and have a relentless programme of improvement that we continue to work through year on year. Muntham has a superb, tranquil feel to it and we really love living here and hope that our guests will enjoy the time they spend here just as much.
