The location and ability to get to major attractions in the City is perfect for a long stay, and the view from the flat is amazing. The flat is spacious and four of us stayed comfortably. There were a few small issues, during the say, none of them particularly noteworthy, and none that the property manager didn’t reconcile quickly.

This apartment is at 5 floor with NO elevator!!! the neighbor said elevator is broken like 10 years already, but host never mentioned to the guest! If you have so many luggage, be aware you need to carry all that to 5 floor! And the apartment view is good, but I have a very bad smell.very dirty sofa and beddings.
I travelled with my 2 teenage boys to London for a week long trip. We all had our own bed split between the 2 bedrooms in the unit. The layout of the unit was nice and spacious. The building elevator still does not work which requires 6 flights of stairs (5th floor unit entry with another stairwell inside the unit entry). The space is very hot when you enter, but opening the patio doors cooled it down in 10 or so minutes in the evening. There is a hot water tank in the second bedroom closet which constantly generates heat.
All in all, a decent unit to stay in and in a good location.
We had a wonderful 3 week stay. Bermondsey neighborhood is the best for ease to travel around the city and by train (so close to London Bridge station). Close to some of the best coffee shops and restaurants.
Apartment was spacious and beautiful. Except....there was no working lift. This is a penthouse apartment with 6 flights of stairs and it was inconvenient and exhausting to have to go up and down each time to travel about.
I would highly recommend this property, management, and location if the building gets the lift repaired or replaced - otherwise, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Positive Points: The view of the Shard and central london adds to the experience. The apartment has more then just regular amenities. It also has a real wood chess board, projector and screen, Yamaha sound system, large bedrooms and bathrooms, all kitchen utensils, a balcony the entire length of the apartment.
Negative points: Apartment is on five and a half floor and the elevator was not working, a previous review did mention warn us however we thought it might be a one off. It really took a toll on us going up and down 5.5 flight of stairs. We were informed two days before our check in and if we knew earlier we would have cancelled. The rain shower in the bigger bathroom leaks

Mixed Feelings
We had very high hopes about this rental based on the photos and description. And in the end, our experience was very positive. But it started off a bit rocky.
First, we were met with a broken lift for a sixth floor flat. We had verified there would be a lift before we rented the unit. We had no intentions of carrying our luggage up 6 stories. But we did.
With the lift not working, our after hours check in directions lost there reference point, so it wasn’t quite as easy as we expected. A phone call to the agent, however, walked us through the check in and we were in good shape. We learned later, from building residents who carry luggage, that the lift is ongoing problem.
The view of London was everything we hoped it would be ... just beautiful. The furnishings were as hoped although they were a bit more worn than we observed in the photographs and there was little closet space, none in the second bedroom.
The only truly disappointing thing about the flat was the dim lighting in the living/dining area. It was difficult to do much after dark. Otherwise, we found the flat to be very enjoyable.
The walk to the London Bridge tube stop was about 15 minutes, probably as far as we would want it to be for multiple daily trips and for our age bracket. But we felt safe and there were many businesses along the walk.
All in all, a very nice stay. The agent had no direct control over the lift repairs, but it certainly marred our stay from one that might have been rated outstanding.

Location, Location, Location with Incredible Views !!!!
This is a nice large 2-bedroom flat. Close to the City, the Shard, Borough Market and London Bridge Rail and Tube Station. Lots of excellent pubs and restaurants in the area. The manager, Angelys lives in the building and is very helpful with any questions or issues. The view is absolutely amazing. A full 180° + view that has to be seen to be believed. Very large by London standards and is configured such that you have 2 ensuite bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Do check out the Flour and Grape restaurant down the street. The best pasta dishes you have ever tasted. We stayed in the flat for a month and totally enjoyed our stay in London.
