On the first floor: double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower box, balcony.
Equipped with 32-inch flat TV, microwave, washing machine and air conditioning.
Private tiled garden with covered patio equipped with outdoor table and chairs and barbecue, ideal for cooking and dining outdoors.
Free reserved parking space.
