80 meters floor in Ramales, new and fully furnished. Free Wifi Detector of smoke and carbon monoxide installed in the kitchen. Quiet area for rest, hiking, leisure and culture, visit to caves, next to the River Asón (for bathrooms, barbecue area, swings ..) and 15 minutes from the beach of Laredo (halfway between BILBAO and SANTANDER) .
Located on the second floor of the block (with LIFT that accesses directly to the garage). It has 2 bedrooms (one main with double bed of 160cm and another with 1 single bed of 90 and 1 bed of 168cm). Maximum 5 people and a baby that sleeps in a travel cot. Very large living room with sofa and chaise longue, table for 8 people, TV and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, clothes line and kitchenware. A bathroom with shower. Balcony with table and two chairs. Equipped beds and large and small towels for all guests staying.

Very affordable price and in the center of town. Quiet for rest but at the same time with many activities to do such as hiking, visit to caves, barbecues on the river Asón 1 km from the property. Close to beaches such as Laredo or Castro and in the middle of two important cities to visit such as Santander or Bilbao. Housing very close to supermarkets, restaurants .. Owners available to the guest at any time to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
