Studio north lower-level w/ kitchenett and patio

This Studio is located on the bottom floor of the property and it features direct view and access to the garden. It has a kitchenett in which you can prepare your meals your own way. There is a private balcony where you can sit down and relax, read your favorite book, enjoy your morning coffee and even perhaps eat while you listen to the birds sing. In the private bathroom we have a hair dryer, towels, shampoo and body wash. We look forwad to welcome you and provide confort in your adventures.

Loved this place!

You won’t regret staying here! One of the best beds I’ve slept while traveling. Full kitchen. Access to washer and dryer. It felt great to get out of Funchal and be somewhere more ‘relaxing.’ With that said, you still have access to restaurants / market, etc. Additionally, there is so much to do in the area. Highly recommend this place.

Schönes Apartment

Kleines aber gut ausgestattetes Apartment in einem modernen Gebäude. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Manuel. 10 Minuten Fußweg von Santana Innenstadt und 15 Minuten Fußweg bis zum größeren Einkaufsmarkt (Continente). Guter Startpunkt für einige Levadawanderungen an der Nordseite von Madeira. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen, auch wenn es häufiger geregnet hat und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Very clean and new apartment in Santana

Everything was very clean and new and the apartment was in general well-equipped for anything you might need during your stay. If you would like to explore the eastern side of the island, it is a great place to start from (car highly recommended). The airport is also very close by car, and so is Canical where we repeatedly went to (hiking, whale watching).

Très bon séjour

Appartement très agréable, moderne, très bien équipé. Le propriétaire est sympathique et ses chiens sont très attachants! Nous avons passés un agréable séjour à Santana, c'est un endroit calme et très verdoyant, nous recommandons ce logement.

Manuel e Maria de Fátima são excelentes anfitriões, extremamente amáveis e simpáticos. Excellent lieu de séjour , tranquillité assurée , accueil très sympa !

Quartier tranquille en haut de la petite ville de Santana , à 1/2 H de l'aéroport de Funchal ; a proximité , supermarché Continente à 5 minutes en auto , station service proche ,et restaurants du bourg à 10 minutes à pied . Maison moderne avec grandes baies vitrées , grande chambre , séjour lumineux et cuisine équipée pour les repas simples . Manuel , le propriétaire , est très accueillant et serviable , il y a un potager devant la terrasse , et la chienne Chocolate sait aussi vous faire des joies . Par contre , li vaut mieux avoir une voiture de location pour rayonner dans l'île , même si il y a des randos assez proches , les kilomètres et surtout le dénivelé sont vite harassants à Madère ...En résumé , très agréable lieu de séjour pour les amateurs de calme et d'authenticité ...

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Die FeWo und das Grundstück war sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich und warm von Manuel empfangen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, dann konnten wir uns jederzeit an ihn wenden. Wir können die Unterkunft von Manuel nur weiterempfehlen und werden definitiv nochmal Urlaub bei ihm im Haus machen. Manuel parle plusieurs langues et c'est une personne très accueillante. Nous avions louer pour deux personnes. Le logement neuf est bien conçu. Les équipements et la literie sont de bonnes qualités. La chambre est indépendante ainsi que la salle de bain. Très bien situé auprès des plus belles rando de Madère. 3 minutes d'un hypermarché et centre ville de Santana 3 minutes accès routier. Très calme, reposant.ensoleillé. Parking et maison sécurisé. Les chiens sont calme et très attachants. Bref un petit coin de paradis!!! Je recommande vivement et sans hésitation nous y reviendrons.

Manuel hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Er ist ein toller Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und modern ausgestattet. Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub verbracht. Hervorzuheben wäre noch der abgeschlossene Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert. :-)

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire malgré l'heure tardive d'arrivée. Le gîte est très agréable, propre et calme, confortable. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Très bon séjour à Santana

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à Santana. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et font tout pour qu'on passe un bon séjour! La location est bien équipée et on peut s'y reposer car l'endroit est très calme. D'autre part j'ai trouvé que la maison est très bien située sur l’île de Madère car les endroits incontournables de l'île sont faciles d'accès. Je recommande vraiment cette location!

Au vert et au calme

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement neuf et fonctionnel. La villa de Manuel se situe assez prés du centre de Santana pour s'y rendre à pied et nous avons pu effectuer quelques randonnées au départ de la maison. Le temps maussade et frais ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la terrasse. mais c'est un secteur superbe qui offre beaucoup de possibilités pour les marcheurs et nous reviendrons sûrement .

Een fijn verblijf in Santana

Het huis van Manuel beschikt over een mooi en modern appartement. Genoeg ruimte voor 2 personen. Fijne badkamer en compleet ingerichte keuken. Ook buiten heb je in de ochtend heerlijk de zon op het bescheiden terras. Het appartement beschikt zelfs over een (buiten)plek waar je je wandelschoenen kunt schoonmaken met water en een borstel. Manuel was vrijwel dagelijks in zijn tuin aan het werk en had altijd tijd voor een praatje en wat tips! Zeker een aanrader! Wij waren daar van 21-26 april 2017. Catrien en Erik te Loo

TRES AGREABLE

Nous avons été très bien reçu par les propriétaires. Le Monsieur parle le français ce qui est très appréciable. L'appartement est très bien, bonne literie, douche moderne, pas de bruits, voiture en sécurité car parking à l'intérieur. L'équipement est correct manque à mon avis, une cafetière électrique et un petit séchoir pour étendre son linge au soleil car il y a déjà un fil mais à l'ombre. (séjour en septembre). La location est bien située pas loin du village même à pied.
