T5 Duplex "The Feet in the Water"

Large duplex apartment of 105 m2 for 6 to 8 people. Aiguillon district, boulevard de la Plage, 50m from the port of Arcachon and 500m from the large beach of Eyrac and the city center (10mn walk). Bike path, all shops (bakery, grocery ...), restaurants, doctors, pharmacy etc ... at the foot of the residence. Private parking in the basement with secure bike storage. The city center and the SNCF train station are located 1.5 km away, a public service bus passes in front of the residence and the train station. There is a TGV Paris Arcachon.
Quiet apartment, spacious and very bright. Completely renovated, equipped to new, air-conditioned.
Composition of the apartment located on the 1st floor with elevator:
Large living room 2 sofas TV + Freebox / wifi. Dining table for 8 people.
Terrace with tables and chairs overlooking the street.
Fitted and equipped kitchen new and modern. Dishwasher, Washer / dryer, fridge / freezer, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc ...
1 bedroom parental suite with bed 160, EPS, separated TOILET, cupboard and TV.

1 terrace with garden furniture.

Nice Appartment for Sailing

We had a very nice stay at the apartment with 7 sailors. The Harbour was just a few minutes from the apartment. The bakery below the apartment was really good. We had a very good time.

Nice Apartment close to beach

Nice apartment that was very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need. The immediate neighbourhood has everything you would need and the beach is a 15 mins walk away. Check in was simple and straightforward.

We stayed at this amazing apartment for 2 weeks in July as a family of 2 adults and 4 kids. It’s in a perfect location with great restaurants, cafes, supermarket, bakeries, and butcher right on the door step.Everything in the apartment was perfect and there was plenty of space. It was perfectly clean with no shortage of anything we needed.I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return another year.

Fabulous holiday get away

We have just returned from a fabulous family holiday in Arcachon. The apartment was immaculate and extremely well equipped with everything you could ask for. The location was wonderful as next to bakers shops bars and restaurants as well as the lovely marina. The apartment is a good 15 min walk into main Arcachon area however this is not an issue with all the amenities you have around you on your doorstep plus the walkway via the beach is stunning and all flat so easy for all age types.. communication with Nadia was seamless and she was extremely helpful and friendly we would love to return and highly recommend this apartment.

Very comfortable apartment

Host greated us and have a tour of apartment. We were very pleased with the location and the apartment. There are restaurants and bakery and store right outside the apartment. Just a fifteen minute walk to the town center and the marina and beach are just behind the building. Great stay!

Surprisingly spacious apartment in a great location

We had a great week’s stay at Nadia’s apartment. The apartment is really functional and well equipped. Location for good restaurants, boulangerie and super market was really convenient. Access to the underground parking was simple and secure. Nadia and Francois communicated well in advance and during out stay. There was an issue with the air conditioning whilst we were staying, but Francois was very responsive when we raised the issue to resolve it which was appreciated. We definitely recommend the apartment and location. Whilst we were four staying, the apartment could easily accommodate eight people as the living space is large and open whilst also having three separate outside spaces.

Appartement très bien situé, tous les commerces sont à proximité avec notamment une poissonnerie exceptionnelle, on se régale déjà en voyant l'étal. Parfait, à tout point de vue !

Notre séjour chez Nadia s'est merveilleusement bien déroulé. L'appartement est parfait : spacieux, très confortable, très bien équipé et découré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous y étions 7 adultes et nous nous y sommes senti tous parfaitement bien. L'appartement est situé près de la plage et du port avec tous les commerces à proximité ce qui simplifie beaucoup les vacances. Nadia est une hôte très attentionnée et à l'écoute. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et n'avions pas du tout envie de repartir. Merci pour tout Nadia.

Lovely base in Arcachon

The property was perfect and exactly as described. It is away from the main strip of Arcachon, which was lovely. The main shops and beach are all within walking distance though, making it a good base. The road outside is quite noisy but the property has air con so you don’t have to have the windows open all night. Communication with Nadia was excellent. The property has parking under the building in a secure car park for one car and free parking on the road out front for any others. We had a lovely stay and would be happy to recommend the property.

Wunderschönes Domizil

Wir hatten mit unseren 5 Kindern eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche in der tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Aufteilung der Räume und die kleinen Terrassen haben genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten geboten. Schräg unterhalb der Wohnung befindet sich eine Bäckerei. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Hafen und wir haben von dort aus öfters den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang beobachtet. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung stimmen ganz genau überein.

Très bon séjour à Arcachon

Logement réservé pour un weekend entre copines. La propriétaire est très sympathique, accueillante et arrangeante. Le logement est très moderne, propre, grand, lumineux... que du positif ! Les chambres à l'étage, avec 2 lits par chambre, sont très pratiques pour avoir de l'intimité tout en étant nombreuses. La suite parentale est très jolie. On apprécie en plus les 2 salles de bain, pratique quand on est nombreux ! En bref, je recommande.
