Welcome to the Bayside of Mission Beach in this beachy retreat called the Hidden Gem! This modern 2BD/2BA ground floor condo is beautifully decorated with a bright and cheery seaside theme. Enjoy the peaceful South Mission Beach area from your own vacation rental, steps to the waterfront. With an open floorplan, this home is ideal for entertaining, inside and out. French doors open from the living room onto an elevated patio where you'll relax while cooking on the BBQ grill for the family. Enjoy the large, kitchen with island to continue the conversation while enjoying the chef's company.
The spacious living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV and comfortable leather sofas. The newly remodeled kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a marble topped island with room for three seats. The dining room can be viewed from the kitchen and living room with a table that can seat 6.
The master bedroom is a wonderful space, with oversize closets, large walk-in shower, and private facilities. You'll appreciate the ample storage in utility/laundry room off the garage where there's lots of room to organize.

This home does not have air conditioning but like most coastal areas, the coastal breeze cools the home easily. This home includes a secured parking garage for two, tandem cars. GARAGE DIMENSIONS: 6'8" H x 7'11" W x 26'4" L. Please make sure your vehicle/s will fit within these dimensions.

This area is perfectly located for a family vacation, walking distance to the ocean, shops, roller coaster, and restaurants. Also, this home is located near other famous San Diego towns and attractions, La Jolla, Coronado, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, and Lego Land. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

San Diego

We are from Seattle and Minnesota looking for a little winter sunshine, little did we know we were there for a storm. Our Condo was perfect, we had a bay on one side and the ocean on the other side. A short walk down the boardwalk was a coffee shop and restaurants. the condo was very clean and comfortable.

Great location!

This property is located perfectly for walking to the beach, restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner and the local markets. The property is well represented too.

Good for family, careful about parking

Nice kitchen, reasonable bedrooms and living space. Parking in the garage is nearly impossible - we had a rented Chevy Malibu. If car was any larger would not be able to get into spot. Upstairs renters had very very loud feet and construction next door was extremely loud all day and started at 7 am prompt. But construction should be done soon from what it looks like. I’d stay here again.
