The apartment is located on a first floor, in a modern building with elevator, in a nice and quiet neighborhood, with green spaces.

Upon entering the apartment, you will find a large entrance hall that divides the social area from the private area of the rooms.

In the social area lies a large living room with dining area. The living room has table and chairs for 6 people and a comfortable leisure area with several sofas and puffs, among them a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people with all comfort, LCD TV with international channels and fireplace. The living room has a very nice balcony with outdoor dining area. Wi-FI internet is available throughout the house.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you need to create your home-cooked meals. The kitchen has a small sunroom, ideal for laundry area.

In the private area there are three bedrooms.

One has a private bathroom and a double bed and features a leisure area on a closed balcony. The bathroom has a shower. Hair dryer, towels, liquid soap, shower gel and shampoo are available.

The other two rooms are double, and each have two single beds. Both of these rooms share a common sunroom area with a leisure area and play games for the younger ones. Next to these two bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower cabin. All rooms have wardrobes and heating.

Although it is easy and free to park in this neighborhood, the apartment includes parking space in the building.

The comfort and originality of this apartment will certainly provide you with a stay full of good memories and wishes to return.



House rules:

Smoking only allowed in the outdoor areas.

The apartment is not prepared for people with reduced mobility.

Pets may be allowed after consultation and an extra deposit can be requested.

No noise is allowed in the apartment after 22:00.

Forgetting the keys inside the apartment, requiring new visit of the Welcomer - 25€



Check-in - Between 16:00 and 20:00 before 16h only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; late check-in after 20:00 will cost 30€; late check-in after 24:00 will cost €50.

Check-out - Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; early check-out before 6am will cost 50€; Early check-out before 8am will cost 30€.



Transfer from / to airport / apartment: 50 € up to 4 people; 60 € up to 6 people; 80€ up to 8 people



Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: additional cost of 5 € / day;



Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include varied services from bookmaking to play or sports activities, marking restaurants or catering services, babysitting, drivers, guided tours, among many others.



Security deposit: 200 Euros per booking; will be returned if the apartment is in the same condition in which the guest found on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred in the apartment or any furniture or equipment thereof.
