Located in the picturesque neighborhood of La Punta de Tijarafe. The house can be complemented with Casa García (https: // www. Homeaway. Es / p6778701) to expand capacity. The houses are completely independent maintaining privacy and intimacy between them.
The houses belonged to a couple dedicated to farming and livestock, now have been restored with great pleasure by one of their children. Highlights include stone, wood and clay tiles that were handmade, these being the basic materials of this type of rural households. The farm that surrounds the houses, is an ecological farm of banana trees and avocado trees, which make them an ideal place for rest, relaxation and total privacy.
It is very well connected by road with the whole island, five minutes from the Mirador del Time, a place with a panoramic view over the Aridane Valley and ten minutes from the town of Tijarafe.
15 minutes by car is the port of Tazacorte with its magnificent beach of black sand and transparent waters, where you can practice all kinds of nautical activities, and there are also many restaurants. It is also possible to arrive from the house on foot along a 45-minute path that descends if you lose sight of the coast, the sea and the Aridane Valley.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung inmitten abwechslungsreicher Ziele

Gut eingerichtetes, komfortables Haus. Wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge auf der überdachten Terasse. Traumhafter Blick aufs Meer. Die direkte Umgebung des Hauses ist weniger ansprechend: Plantagen, teils unter Folie, kein Garten für diese Wohnung. Ohne Nachfragen kein Kontakt zum Bauern. Sehr ruhig (übrigens keine Hunde in der Nähe). Mietauto empfohlen. Für Elektroautos eine Tankmöglichkeit in ca. 5 km Entfernung. Im Winterurlaub konnten wir sehr vielfältige Unternehmungen durchführen, z. B. Baden bei 23°, Spazieren zwischen schönen Gärten, Kiefernwald, Hochgebirge (9°), Vulkane, Schluchten, Höhlen, Felsenwege usw. Strand zu Fuß in ca. 1 h erreichbar (Abstieg über unebenen aber breiten Weg an der Klippe).

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub. War das 14. Mal, daß wir auf diesem schönen "Eiland" Urlaub verbringen durften. Immer Ferienhäuser, unterschiedliche Regionen. Erfahrung eben! Von Anfang vor Ort gut aufgehoben (Yolanda), Ruhe, nahe gelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeit, ehrliche Menschen. "Schee wars" - wir kommen wieder ...

Sehr schönes Häuschen

Das Haus ist super, mit dem Balkon, der Aussicht, den Räumlichkeiten (kanarischer Baustil und Aufteilung) und der Lage. Leider müssen wir die Kriterien von den anderen Bewertungen bestätigen, dass viele Hunde in der Nachbarschaft frei herum laufen. Ein ungepflegter junger Hund hat uns auch jeden Tag besucht, ohne das wir ihm etwas zu futtern gaben. Er ließ sich nicht anfassen. Aber er kennt seine Grenze, vor der Terrasse, selbst bei gedecktem Frühstückstisch auf dieser. Die Vermieterin ist auch sehr nett. Tut uns Leid, das wir wegen dem "Hunde-Nachbar" einen Stern abziehen.

La location est calme, propre, agréable. Tout confort. Accueil très sympathique ! Vue sur la mer. La Palma est magique. Que cette île reste telle qu'elle est aujourd’hui ! . Il luogo e' magnifico immerso nei bananeti ma con visuale sull'oceano. Che dire poi della casa stessa , bella , pratica e con tutte le necessita' di una casa normale. Il silenzio ma con i servizi vicini , certo serve la macchina ma tutto questo vale molto di piu'. Non dimentichiamo la Sig.ra Yolanda , la responsabile , che e' presente per qualsiasi necessita', premurosa e gentile, insomma una grande scelta che sicuramente rifaremo. Mauro Peggi.& C.

Schönes, modernes und sehr sauberes Haus. Umgebung entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen

Das Haus ist schön, neu und modern. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Der Empfang durch Yolanda war super freundlich und herzlich. Der Treffpunkt ist leicht zu finden und Yolanda war schnell dort. Die Lage des Hauses entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Vorne ist eine Bananenplantage. Man hat die Spritzmittel gerochen. Daneben ist ebenfalls eine Bananenplantage, die ist in einem grossen Treibhaus. Das sieht nicht schön aus. Man hat immer die Wasserpumpe gehört. Hinter dem Haus ist leeres Land, unsauber, es liegen Abfälle herum und jemand hat auch Abfälle verbrannt. Gleich unterhalb des Hauses wohnen Leute die sicher 7 Hunde haben. Die Tiere waren sehr laut, haben oft gebellt auch in der Nacht. Sehr störend. Wir sind mehrere Male vorbei gelaufen. Die Hunde haben uns angeknurrt und angebellt, sind uns nach gerannt. Wir mussten uns mit Stöcken verteidigen. Gleich neben diesem Haus ist ein zweites Ferienhaus angebaut. Das war belegt durch eine Familie. Man hat wirklich alles gehört weil die Wand zwischen den Häusern sehr dünn ist. Das war sehr störend.
