It is located in the municipality of Cunit (12 minutes from Sitges and 25 minutes from Barcelona with a comfortable motorway 1.5 km from the farmhouse).

Masia Mas Peirot is surrounded by hectares of vineyards and Mediterranean nature. The environment of the house is idyllic.
This beautiful place is perfect to disconnect, enjoy the tranquility and silence.

The nearest beach is just 4 minutes from the house.

The supermarkets are only 2 minutes by car or about 15 minutes walk. The nearest restaurants and bars are only 3 minutes by car from the Villa.

It is a fabulous environment to relax and enjoy a quiet holiday in a natural environment. Up to 18 people.

Important Aspects Related to Payments and Fees:

1. Payment Methods:
- Payment via Vrbo with a Visa card, with a 3% commission fee.
- Payment by bank transfer is available.
- The Vrbo assistance service can be booked with both payment methods.

2. Cleaning Costs:
- Stays of up to one week: Cleaning fee of 400 € at the end of the stay.
- Stays of two weeks: Intermediate cleaning of 2 hours performed by 2 people halfway through the stay, at a cost of 80 €, and a full final cleaning at the end of the second week for 400 €.
- Stays of one month: Three intermediate cleanings (halfway through each week), each at a cost of 80 €, and a full final cleaning at the end of the last week for 400 €.

3. Tourist Tax: 1 € per adult/day for the first 7 days.

4. In the low season:
- 800 € for water, electricity, and gas expenses based on actual consumption.
- Heating surcharge of 300 € per week.

5. Late Check-in (from 20:00 to 24:00): Surcharge of 45 €.

6. Late Check-in (after 24:00): Surcharge of 70 €.

7. Surcharge of 250 € for short stays that include New Year's Eve.

8. Security deposit of 2000 €, refundable 7 days after check-out.
