The School Rooms is situated in the picturesque village of Box and is within easy reach of the World Heritage city of Bath (6 miles). This spacious apartment is positioned on the ground floor of a beautiful, Georgian family residence. Providing accommodation for up to 12 guests - it’s the perfect hub for groups looking to relax by your own heated pool or explore the endless list of local attractions!

Upon entering The School Rooms you’ll be greeted by our recently refurbished, fully equipped kitchen, complete with marble flooring, a large 5 burner range cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.
To the left of the kitchen is a very generous (4x10meters) open-plan lounge and dining room. An impressive, flexible space boasting plenty of traditional features. You’ll be able to make use of the three comfy sofas (these are also sofa beds), large dining table, flat screen Sony TV, sound system, pool table, blackboard and board games.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 sofa beds, sleeps up to 12
- 1 x Twin Room with en suite
- 2 x Double Rooms with en suite
- 3 x Double Sofa Beds (in main living area)

Outside:
There is an alfresco dining area at the front of The School Rooms - a perfect spot for Afternoon Tea or a BBQ (BBQ and gas can be supplied on request).
The private heated swimming pool, premium hot tub and Mediterranean style terrace creates a social haven which offers something for you to enjoy. These facilities are located 20 metres just across the courtyard from the apartment and are for your exclusive and private use during your stay.
The swimming pool is open 31st March- 5th November and the hot tub is open all year round.
There is a 7.4Kw Type 2 electric charger at the property, it is available through the CoCharger App where also the availability and charges are published.
