It has two balcony-terraces with excellent views of the city of Oviedo and its surroundings. It also has color tv dvd hifi and free wifi. It has a comfortable garage space included in the price. Apartment located next to the Los Prados shopping center, and close to the historic city center, cathedral, museums, hiking trails, and has next to the building with municipal swimming pools and sports courts. Optimal housing for families, as a place of rest and relaxation, and an excellent starting point to discover Oviedo and its surroundings.
