Villa Marion is located in the Sorrento Peninsula, exactly in Sant’Agnello that is the neighboring village of the most known Sorrento, where there are also some of the best hotels.

It was part of an old building constructed at the beginning of the 1700s, which was part of a residential complex called "La Cocumella" that was originally a Jesuit convent. In fact the beautiful grounds of that complex border the villa, which is now a luxury hotel.

The property is 500 m2 and it can accommodate up to 14 guests, with the possibility of adding two beds and accommodating a total of 16 guests. It spreads over four floors (linked by stairs and a lift) and is furnished with great taste and attention to the details.

About 100 meters away there is a lift, which takes you down to the beach and some well-equipped bathing establishments, it is in an ideal position for those who prefer not to use the car during their stay.

The villa has large living rooms, dining room, kitchen and larder, a game room, and wet bar.

In detail the villa is composed as follows:

Ground floor: with living room, dining room, and kitchen, WC with washbasin.

First floor: with 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, living room with access to sunbathing terrace looking onto the garden.

Second floor: with entrance, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen equipped with pans, fridge and washing machine, sofa bed, sunbathing terrace equipped with garden furniture, panoramic view of the garden and the sea.

Basement floor: basement with dining area, living room and corner bar, 1 WC with washbasin, 1 bathroom with shower.

Villa Marion offers all kind of comforts such as: private parking, air-conditioning, satellite TV, a Wi-Fi broadband Internet connection, furnished sunbathing terrace, laundry and lift.

Finally, in the vicinity of the property you will find: café, tobacco shop, newsagents and bus stop around 50 meters away, restaurant around 400 meters, while the center of Sorrento is 1 km away.

Neighbourhood and transport
Sant' Agnello offers a wide range of services, it is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
The city is mostly flat, you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beaches or the port can be reached on foot or comfortably by lift.

Rental Rules:
Refundable damage deposit of € 700, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
