With a capacity for up to 8 people, it is distributed in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It consists of a single floor with a large living-dining room with large windows with access to the large terrace with sea views, a very well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom area is divided into 1 double bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds sharing a bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

We have been staying at Playamero many years and UHC has always been providing very good service. The location is amazing, the apartment was recently refurbished and you get good value for your money. Definitely recommend staying here.
The complex itself needs some renovating, especially the outside of the building (plastering, etc)

Lovely little holiday home
Location was perfect and the view unbelievable
The shower in the bathroom closest to the balcony was broken and very dangerous the door fell on top of my little girl who was 4 luckily her dad caught it in time! Also there was very little hot water which for 6 people sharing was inconvenient

Logement et emplacement excellent
Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines. L’emplacement de la résidence et du logement sont idéalement situés. Proche des commerces, avec la mer et la piscine à quelques mètres et une vue magnifique. La résidence est calme et bien entretenue ainsi que la piscine. Le logement est très bien équipé, spacieux et la décoration moderne est sympa. La literie est top.
L’appartement a été rénové il n’y a pas si longtemps que ça mais il a été abîmé à plusieurs endroits, malheureusement je pense par des locataires peu respectueux. Un petit rafraîchissement en peinture serait idéal. Il faudrait revoir également la salle de bain qui est à côté de la chambre au lit double car pendant notre séjour on a eu 2 gros cafards sur le sol et tout les jours dans le bac à douche il y en avait des tous petits qu’on voyait sortir du siphon de la douche (que dans cette salle de bain). Pas de problème dans l’autre salle de bain, la cuisine ou arrière cuisine. Le réfrigérateur n’est pas en bon état, il y a des choses de cassé (bac à légumes, étagères).

Ubicación excepcional
La ubicación excepcional, cerca de todo.
Apartamento espacioso con unas vistas estupendas.
El parking en la misma planta del apartamento, súper cómodo.
La limpieza. Paredes con golpes y sucias en toda la casa. El precio que se paga por noche es para que todo esté impecable y no era así. El lavavajillas y la campana extractora no funcionaban. La limpieza del apartamento en el momento de la llegada dejaba mucho que desear, habían cajones interiores en la cocina con utensilios con moho.

Durch die Bar am Strand nachts etwas zu laut.
Klimaanlage darf ab 0:00 Uhr nicht angemacht werden.
Parkgarage etwas zu teuer und draußen ist es schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden.
Ansonsten war alles gut. Schöne Umgebung, Strand sauber. Paar Minuten von Salou zu Fuß entfernt.
Weiter zu empfehlen!!!
