FAMILY VILLA FAYENCE WITH SWIMMING POOL

Newly built villa with private pool and secure 4 km from the center of the old village of Fayence and 2km from the shops.
Fully enclosed, the property located on a partially wooded 2758 m2 of oak and pine, is a perfect place for a family vacation with baby and young children.
All equipment is provided for the comfort and rest of the tenants.

The central country house is on 2 levels of 70 m2. Maximum of 8 people and 1 baby capacity.
Large tiled terraces, partially covered or shaded by pergolas.
At the garden and the pool: living room and kitchen on terrace, TV-reading room, entrance and toilet.
Kitchen with center island and dining area open to the living room by a sliding door; it is complemented by the scullery hosting washing machine, oven, small appliances and cupboards.
On the floor: a room in suite with room of bath and TOILET, 2 rooms with room of common water, 4 ème room with balcony, independent TOILET on the floor.
This villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Un second sejour de rêve

Deuxième année que nous séjournons dans cette maison, et nous en sommes toujours autant enchanté. Espaces, sécurité de la piscine, équipements à disposition, et l'accueil des loueurs !!! Rien à redire. Vivement l'année prochaine.

Beautiful setting, lovely owners, clean and comfortable villa

We had no idea what to expect on our first visit to southern France but we were not disappointed. The villa is set in the hills and down a quiet road within a small exclusive development. The pictures do not show the amazing views and the extent of the gardens which were a joy to wonder around. The villa was a home from home and with three young children we had everything we needed and all the comforts of home. The pool was just the right temperature at 29 to 30 degrees each day and we didn't need to go anywhere, although if you want to there is a lot to do. The children loved it and with three supermarkets and the lovely village of Fayence providing delicious meals we had a very relaxing break. The owners were very accommodating with our awkward flight times and spoke better English than our French which helped enormously. We will book again for next year, so glad I used home away as a hotel stay or villa rental on mainstream holiday sites do not compare, we saw the real France, got the sun and heat without a bucket and spade!

Nice setting close to Fayence

This is a really nice and well proportionned property. The house i spacious, modernly equipped and much to our satisfaction there is aircondition and mosquito protection in all bedroomareas which ensures a good night sleep . The poolarea is perfect and great for both swimming and playing. The terrasses and ground surrounding the house has the same high standard. The location on a small hill gives a beautiful view towards Fayence. You really feel close to the Provencal heaven. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Magnifique villa !

Villa Magnifique et spacieuse tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Tout est là : On ne manque de rien ! Nous étions 4 adultes, 4 enfants de 6 à 12 ans et 1 bébé d'un an. Et il y avait de la place pour chacun ! La piscine est superbe et le coin cuisine extérieur devient vite votre lieu de vie privilégié en famille. Merci à Mr et Mme Ader d'avoir toujours été réactifs (même à distance) et à Cécile pour sa disponibilité, son accueil et ses conseils précieux. Seul petit bémol : la rigidité sur les horaires à l'arrivée... Même si au final, suite aux bouchons, nous sommes arrivés à 17h précises, nous aurions apprécié que vous acceptiez que l'on dépose nos bagages (même dans le jardin) 1 h ou 2 avant... Toutefois rien d'important ...Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer d'excellentes vacances dans votre magnifique villa. Merci encore ! Familles Daquet-Penez

Maison très agréable et très bien agencée avec tout l'équipement nécessaire dans un environnement calme. une cuisine d'été très bien pensée avec la pergola nous a permis de passer d’excellentes vacances. grande propriété très bien entretenue avec une piscine suffisamment grande pour nous 8 . nous la recommandons vivement

Villa très agréable

Maison très agréable et très fonctionnelle, à la propreté irréprochable. La cuisine d'été est très pratique, et les espaces extérieures sont très jolis, tout le monde y trouve un petit coin pour être au calme. Vous pouvez y aller en toute tranquillité.
