Newly built villa with private pool and secure 4 km from the center of the old village of Fayence and 2km from the shops.
Fully enclosed, the property located on a partially wooded 2758 m2 of oak and pine, is a perfect place for a family vacation with baby and young children.
All equipment is provided for the comfort and rest of the tenants.
The central country house is on 2 levels of 70 m2. Maximum of 8 people and 1 baby capacity.
Large tiled terraces, partially covered or shaded by pergolas.
At the garden and the pool: living room and kitchen on terrace, TV-reading room, entrance and toilet.
Kitchen with center island and dining area open to the living room by a sliding door; it is complemented by the scullery hosting washing machine, oven, small appliances and cupboards.
On the floor: a room in suite with room of bath and TOILET, 2 rooms with room of common water, 4 ème room with balcony, independent TOILET on the floor.
This villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
