The structure, recently built, has a contemporary and bright character, completely whitewashed as per the traditional marine-Mediterranean style and boasts large windows and geometric and modern shapes that make it harmonious and in line with the environment.
The saltwater pool is 14 m x 5 large, part of which has been used as a hot tub. Outdoor shower. The paved pool area is equipped with chairs and deckchairs for relaxing in the sun.
The front of the villa is furnished with table and chairs and comfortable sofas for relaxing in front of the pool and in front of the sea.
