The charming angle of the house looking out over Lidsjön in scenic Södermanland is only 15 km from Nyköping. It is a beautiful environment, forest, lake and green lawns.
From the corner, it is 100 meters to the small family beach and jetty. There is also the opportunity to borrow a rowing boat and to fish with a fishing license if you wish. Is your luck good you can grill the fish on the patio next to the house. Nice large lawns, invite outdoor activities but also ball games and possibly golfing.

You can also choose to go in to Nyköping is a beautiful old city of culture for a good bite to eat at the harbor. The road leads to Skavsta Airport in 15 minutes and in a northerly direction, Stockholm is about 1hr 30 and in a southerly direction Linkoping 1h 30th About 300 meters from the house is the way with 53 municipal bus service.

The area is child-friendly and quiet, because it is rented out to any families with children and the elderly. Youth groups are not allowed.

The pictures don’t do this summerhouse justice. The view is spectacular and the house had everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable also. We would most definitely come back and preferably never leave again :)

Lage schön - Strand enttäuschend

Das Sommerhaus hat eine schöne Lage mit Blick auf den "Lidsee". Das Haus ist auch gut eingerichtet, in der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht, im Essbereich hat man genügend Platz und der Wohnbereich mit Kaminofen und Sofa und Sessel angenehm. Leider war die Ankunft etwas ärgerlich. Wir hatten keine Adresse, die wir ins Navi-Gerät eingeben konnten. Bereits zwei Wochen vor unserer Abreise habe ich die Adresse angefragt, doch erfolglos. Da wir bereits einige Tage zuvor von zu Hause wegfuhren, konnte ich nur noch telefonisch bei der Hausbesitzerin anfragen. Ich sagte ihr, dass wir auf der E 4 von Göteborg nach Nyköping kommen, aber nicht weiter wissen. Ihre Antwort: You follow road 53 towards Eskilstuna. When you come to Raby school, then it is more/less 3 km, und just before the 80 km limit, sign you turn right on a small road. " Es regnete, es war schon dunkel und wir sahen einen Wald und einen Waldweg - unmöglich als "Strasse" zu bezeichnen. Ich telefonierte und bat diese Dame, zu dieser Stelle zu kommen. Ungern, aber sie kam. Diese Zufahrt müßte unbedingt deutlich gemacht werden. Die Dame sahen wir die ganze Woche nicht mehr. Sie kam am Freitag, aber nur um das Geld abzuholen, keine Zeit für ein kurzes Gespräch. Neben des Stellplatzes für das Auto war ein großes Loch gegraben, ohne Hinweis. Auch der Weg zum Strand war nicht besonders aufgeräumt und der Platz am Strand war eine echte Deponie für alte Möbel, Werkzeug und Schrott. Unmöglich sich hier aufzuhalten.

Schönes Häuschen in der Natur

Das Haus steht an einem sehr Naturbelassenen See mit eigenem Steg (ca. 50m vom Haus entfernt). Zum angeln eignet sich der Steg allerdings nicht gut, da alles mit Schilf umringt ist. Man muss schon mit dem Boot raus (welches aber zur Verfügung steht). Die Wasserversorgung wird über den See bereit gestellt. Natürlich gefiltert aber dennoch merkt man den Unterschied. Die Vermieter Familie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Sprechen sehr gutes Englisch. In der Küche war eigentlich alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Großer Kühlschrank & großer Gefrierschrank! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig auch wenn man gelegentlich die Autos von der Hauptstraße hören kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Als Fazit nach 10 Tagen Aufenthalt können wir das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen und würden auch nochmal dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Sehr entspannte Tage auf einem sehr schönen, weitläufigen Grundstück

Traumhafter Blick, Joga auf dem Bootssteg, schwimmen im glasklaren Wasser, Ruderboote zum Entdecken des Sees, erstmals Golf gespielt, Blaubeeren gesammelt, Marmelade gekocht, Schöne Nordic Walking Strecke entdeckt, essen auf der Sonnenterrasse, Besuch einer Rehherde, bequeme Betten, genug Stauraum. Was will man man mehr? Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hellhörig, aber liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles was wir zum Kochen brauchten war vorhanden. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Bundesstraße führt in großer Entfernung am Haus vorbei und ist nur leicht zu hören. Sehr nette Vermieter.

The yellow house

We rented this house for a week in July and were very happy with everything. The house is big enough for 6-7 people and has air conditioning. The view from the house is really nice overlooking the lake. The use of a small boat was also nice.

Haus mit See und Golfplatz - zum Ausspannen

Der große Bungalow ist schon einige Jahre alt, aber sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der ländliche Charme wird durch die Lage direkt an einem See und einem "eigenen" Golfplatz direkt am Haus ergänzt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, und außerdem Boot und Golfausrüstung. Die Nähe zu Stockholm ist für Kultur und Exkursionen perfekt. Ruhig und schön! DANKE. :-)

Ausspannen und mehr

Perfekt um auszuspannen. Liegt sehr ruhig, der See lädt zum Angeln und Rudern ein. Per Zubringerbus für den nahegelegenen Flughafen Skavsta ist Stockholm recht komfortabel in ca. 80min zu erreichen (Tickets kann man vorab online buchen).

Die Kücheneinrichtung war sehr sparsam! Kochen war nur mit Improvisation möglich...Für 6 Personen wenig Geschirr, wenn auch gleichzeitig etwas in der Spülmaschine ist.Kein Wasserkocher vorhanden,gehört eigentlich zur Grundausstattung für Teetrinker. Keine Hinweise auf Mülltrennung.

Wunderschöne Lage am See

Das Haus ist sehr schön nahe am See, umgeben von freier Natur gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist funktionell. Lediglich das Sofa im Zimmer ist schon etwas ausgesessen. Als sehr günstig bei kühlen Temperaturen erwies sich die Kaminnutzung. Vermisst haben wir bei laufender Fußball-WM ein Fernsehgerät. Insgesamt konnten wir einige entspannte Tage in schöner Natur genießen.

Schöne Lage oberhalb am See

Das Haus ist soweit gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr schön etwas erhöht am See. Kaminholz vorhanden. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Großes Gelände mit Carport. Die Hauptstraße ist in hörweite, aufgrund des geringen Verkehrs aber nicht störend. Sehr nette Vermieter! 15 Min. zum Flughafen Skavsta.
