Sicily - Country holiday home with private beach

On the northern coast of Sicily, between Messina and Palermo, in the municipality of Acquedolci, about 2 km from the inhabited center, we rent an independent cottage of 50 m² with a private garden of 3000 m², which gives direct access to the beach away from the cottage 70 m . The house consists of a single room / living room with adjoining kitchen, bathroom with shower box, walk-in closet. Outside, a large brick square of 300 square meters on both sides to spend the most relaxing moments of the day. On the side facing the sea there is a large brick table, covered with ceramic, excellent for dinners with friends. Next to the table there are: a brick barbecue for outdoor grilling, a fountain with running water from the private well of the countryside. In the countryside there are 30 olive trees and various fruit trees and, along the path that leads to the sea, an outdoor shower.
The beach, with a view of the Aeolian islands, stony or sandy according to the winter season, is very quiet and not frequented, because it is possible to access it directly only from the private garden. Large private parking space, separated from the road by a gate and surrounding wall. Ideal vacation spot for a couple or family who loves the countryside, greenery, silence and the sea. Mountain excursions are possible (Nebrodi Regional Park, with peaks up to 1500 m high, dense forests and views of Mount Etna), in cities of art such as Cefalù, Tindari (Greek theater, museum and archaeological park), San Marco d 'Alunzio, Capo d'Orlando, Santo Stefano di Camastra (city of ceramics). From the port of S. Agata Militello (9 km) you can go by hydrofoil to the Aeolian islands. Pets are allowed.
