BEAUTIFUL HOUSE OF TWO FLOORS NEWLY REFORMED IN ITS TOTALITY. It consists of 2 independent floors communicated by the exterror, in an urbanization with swimming pool and common areas. One or two floors will be opened depending on the number of guests. On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with a separate area with sliding doors that makes a bedroom with 2 removable beds, full kitchen (oven, gas, refrigerator and dishwasher), bathroom with shower and large terrace with umbrella!!! On the lower floor there is a bedroom with two double beds, and also a relaxation / dining area with a table for 6 people, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Hello everyone!! My name is Alberto. I am 31 and have spent some of the best moments of my life in the house. I love cycling through the woods, climb the mountain, to walk , climb. In summer it is wanderfull go to the lake and take a swim or take the kayak and have fun.
Why they chose this property
My parents bought it when I was 2 years. It is an ideal escape for a weekend , a week or a month instead . They are quiet and relaxing areas to enjoy the most. My family and I have spent much time in it . There are a lot of nature and activities to do.
What makes this property unique
Both on the beach and in the mountains when I get home I hit a dip in the pool before dinner. In winter nothing you can compare with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace when it's cold and raining outside , or stroll along the beach and enjoy the marsh last !!
