The holiday home, located on the edge of the village Zonnemaire, is ideal for a family. Right by the entrance is a living room with a comfortable sitting area, a dining table and an open, modern kitchen. French doors provide access to the sunny backyard. There is plenty of space around the house for children to play.

The home is located near a small beach at the Grevelingen, where guests can spend a lovely day swimming and sunbathing. The North Sea Beach is 8 km further on. The Grevelingen is very popular for watersports, divers, anglers, cyclists and hikers.

2 bedrooms, a study room and a bathroom are located on the first floor, making this home a perfect den. This home is not open to being rented to a group of youngsters. The house has a garden with furniture as well as bicycle storage. There is also a provision to rent bikes. Inside, guests can enjoy using the free WiFi.
You can charge your electric cars through the charging station installed at the holiday home itself.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Wir haben ganz kurzfristig dieses Haus für eine Woche mit Hind gemietet. Es ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und ausgestattet und die Bäder sind neu! Die Küche ist groß und gut bestückt. Auf dem TV hatte ich in 5 Min meine 3 wichtigsten Streaming Accounts aktiviert und das Wifi taugt auch für Videokonferenzen. Großartig ist, dass direkt am Haus eine Wallbox ist, die mit meiner BMW Charging Card funktionierte. Man kann sonst auch vorab bei e-flux eine Karte für 5€ bestellen. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und die Gartenmöbel üppig. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und werden es Freunden und Familie weiterempfehlen!

Fantastisch huisje, met alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi schoon en een fijne tuin. Heb je een hond bij je moet je rekening houden dat er geen hekje oid is waardoor hij vandoor kan gaan. Wij hebben dat opgelost met een schapennet. Het enige minpuntje is dat als je deslaapkamerramen open wilt houden tijdens de nacht, de verduisteringschermen dan gaan klapperen. En de ramen moeten echt wel open blijven aangezien het behoorlijk warm wordt boven. Een ventilator zou fijn zijn geweest met de hitte van afgelopen dagen.
