Located in Swolgen, this luxurious holiday home features 8 bedrooms for 20 people. Ideal for families travelling together, guests can relax in the sauna and access free WiFi at this child-friendly property.

You can go to the forest 100 m away to enjoy an adventurous hike. You can also visit the town center 5 km away and enjoy picnicking by a lake there.

For recreation, guests have several options on their vacation including foosball, table tennis, billiards and video projector. Guests can lounge in the lush green garden as well on sunny days, relax in the relaxation area, and take a walk in the courtyard. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker, coffee machine, oven, microwave and refrigerator. You can bring your own barbecue equipment or hire it from Butcher's Van de Pasch in Meerlo.

This house is not rented to youth groups. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties in this house is prohibited. Amplified music (such as a DJ or band) is not allowed.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende im Landhaus. Die Lage war perfekt für ruhige Wanderungen im nahegelegenen Wald. Das Haus war super sauber und bot ausreichend Platz für unsere Gruppe von 15 Personen. Die Kinder liebten das Spielzimmer mit Billard und Tischtennis, und wir genossen die Entspannung in der Sauna. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ons gezin heeft een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit landhuis! De kinderen waren dol op de ruime tuin en de speeltuin, terwijl de volwassenen genoten van ontspanning in de sauna na een dag wandelen in het nabijgelegen bos. De keuken was goed uitgerust, waardoor we gemakkelijk samen maaltijden konden bereiden. De locatie is rustig, maar toch dicht genoeg bij het stadscentrum voor handige uitstapjes. We kunnen niet wachten om terug te komen!

De kinderen hielden van de ruime tuin en speeltuin, terwijl de volwassenen genoten van het ontspannen in de sauna na een dag wandelen in het nabijgelegen bos, De keuken was goed uitgerust, wat het gemakkelijk maakte om samen maaltijden te bereiden, De locatie is rustig, maar dicht genoeg bij het centrum voor praktische uitstapjes, We kijken ernaar uit om terug te komen!

Prachtig, groot huis in het noorden van Limburg met twee zeer fijne buitenruimtes (1x binnenplaats voor bv. diner en 1x grasveld voor bv. zonnen/spelen/ontspannen), dubbeluitgevoerde enorme keuken, hotelkwaliteit slaapkamers en ensuite badkamers. Alhoewel het huis in twee delen wordt verhuurd aan eventuele andere groepen, is de indeling erg goed gedaan waardoor je volledige privacy hebt en de buren niet hoort. Extra luxe door de aanwezigheid van pooltafel en sauna's. We zouden dit graag nog eens boeken.

Een geweldige keuze voor gezinnen! De indeling is perfect en elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer, wat erg handig was. De tuin is heerlijk op zonnige dagen en de kinderen vonden de speeltuin geweldig. Ik zou zeker terugkomen!
