Un luogo in cui sognare in un'isola troppo poco conosciuta
Una settimana a Ustica in questa dimora è indimenticabile. Curata nei dettagli, la villa offre un'occasione unica di vivere in un ambiente naturale godendo di ogni confort. Un gazebo, a dir poco meraviglioso, dà la possibilità di godersi un aperitivo da re con vista mare. Il giardino è un trionfo di piante mediterranee che si inseriscono perfettamente in questa isola quasi selvaggia che ricorda in certi punti, ad esempio Punta Spalmatore, terre del Nord europa. Perfetta per una coppia, la casa può ospitare anche 4 persone. Lo spazio all'esterno è decisamente un valore aggiunto. La scelta dei materiali è molto interessante e i particolari d'arredo, selezionati dai proprietari architetti, sono un degno proemio al mare di Ustica, ricco di pesci e con acqua cristallina da vivere in barca soprattutto.

La più fascinosa dell'isola
Elegante e confortevole casa, dotata di ogni confort e di fascino. Purtroppo siamo capitati in una settimana di caldo asfissiante e in quelle condizioni anche la casa si surriscaldava in modo insopportabile. Abbiamo sentito la mancanza dell'aria condizionata. Tutto è cambiato appena l'umidità e la temperatura si sono riassestate su normali valori di stagione. La proprietaria Laura è molto gentile e disponibile, pronta a qualunque tipo di indicazione e supporto. La posizione della casa è ideale: vicina al paese ma fuori dai vicoli e dal caos, e prossima alle calette più praticabili da terra.
