Villa "Savannah" - newly renovated and tastefully decorated - is a Provence villa with a Scandinavian touch. Ideal for a family or for two families to share.

The house has a ground floor and a 1 floor, both with a beautiful view of the sea.

First floor has:
-2 nicely renovated driftwood and sand colour double bedrooms
-1 nicely decorated single bedroom
- 2 St Tropez style nice bathrooms both with shower and bath tub.

Ground floor has:
• 2 very similar sandy-drift wood colours double bedrooms

•1 St Tropez style bathroom with shower and bathtub,
- 1 modern bathroom all white with shower
- 1 small bathroom with shower.
• Fully equipped functional Scandinavian Kitchen
• Nice Living room with lounge and dining area with a big fireplace
• Lovely outdoor dining space with BBQ.
• Lounge terrace with fantastic Sea View
• Well kept garden with palm trees, flowers and a beautiful sea view

St. Tropez is 5 mins away by car or Taxi
Bike and scooter rental near by the house

• Tennis courts 5 min. away
• Polo and golf 10-15 min away

In this house you have a feeling of real holiday !

Morning walks on the beach is amazing and one of the things we really enjoy to do... try it.

During the day go to the beach, read in the shade , go shopping in St. Tropez or taste the wine of some of the nearby vineyards ( 2 mins away ).

Nice long Lunch at a beach restaurant or on the shady terrace of the house.

Afternoon sport go swimming in the coral colour sea, play tennis, polo, golf or walk the scenic track along the coast towards St Tropez. Rent a Bike or a Scooter and see the area or rent a boat, paddle board or a windsurfer and explore the sea.

Evening drinks on the beach or at the Savannah terrace and have an evening walk in the area. Lots of things to do, without using a car.

This is a little piece of Paradise.......

Great villa in a great location

Very comfortable villa in the perfect location. Beach is 2 minutes away with the beach clubs and a boardwalk. The villa was homey with great outdoor space.

I would not recommend staying here unless you like mosquitos everywhere and like sleeping in 45degrees Celsius Got there took an hour to find keys hidden in a basket full of pinecones and spiders Best part of the place was walking to the beach to get out of the house

It is a perfect villa on a perfect location but there is room for improvement:- cleaning was only finished around 17:30 instead of 16:00- garden was not clean (they cleaned it after our Complains)- pool was not fully Filled (probably because it leaks water over the stairs When it is full) and the light came out- driveway and pool need Some repair- we agreed that airco service would come after 10:00 but they woke us up at 08:00.- the kids broke a tile around the pool. We told this to the owner and got quite a high amount that she wanted to charge on our creditcard for repair. After the inconveniece we had, we expected a lower amount.What was Good:- we arrived at 14:00 while checkin is from 16:00 onwards and were Allowed to park the car :)- we recieved a bottle of Good rose for apoligize- it is only a 6 min walk to the Beach- they take action after our complaints- every bedroom had airco - the kitchen is fully equipedConclusion: eventhough there is Some room for improvement on the experience, it is still a lovely villa on a perfect location and we definitely come back.

Unglaublich schönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Dieses wunderschöne Haus ist für mich der beste Platz für einen perfekten Sommerurlaub in ganz Europa. Das Haus ist sehr persönlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren 10 Personen mit 5 Doppelzimmern, wobei es auch 5 extra Badezimmer gab. Das Haus war perfekt gelegen. Wenige 100 Meter zum Strand von Club 55 zu Fuß und dennoch völlig ruhig. Von der Mega Terrasse, dem super Wohnzimmer, der tollen Küche und allen Schlafzimmern ein umwerfender Blick auf das Meer. Vorne eine Rasenfläche und hinten ein klasse Schwimmbadbereich mit einem perfekten Pool Haus. Die Vermieter sind super hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Vielen Dank, dass wir da sein durften. Wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen.

Nice vacations and great locations

We spent 2 weeks , everything was good , the location is great just few minutes from the beach. You can easily stay with 10 peoples in the house, the process and communication has been perfect with very good reactivity. We will certainly come back !

Super séjour

Emplacement à 3 minutes de la plage de Pampelonne, maison très propre et très bon échange avec la propriétaire et la gérante. Je recommande vivement cette maison.
