There is one double bedroom with a comfortable bed as well as a sofa bed located in the living room which can sleep up to another 2 persons. The living area is air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, kitchen utensils and crockery. There is a dining table with 6 chairs inside and a table and 2 chairs on the outside terrace.

There is a fire extinguisher and fire blanket next to the washing machine in the kitchen.
Emergency lights are also installed inside and in the common areas.
In case of an emergency it is recommended that you leave via the main door and walk down the stairwell.

We had a great stay at Claire’s appartment. Very clean and cosy, you feel home right away. There is a bus stop right next to the complex, so it was very easy to travel around the island. Although you live next to the party scene, you hardly hear the noise in the apartment.

Why they chose this property
This apartment is the ideal size for an individual, couples or four people max. Besides offering all the comfort and natural light it is located in the centre of everything. People who stay here do not need a car because everything you need is just outside literally!
May I advise that there is ongoing construction in the vicinity. Unfortunately construction is ongoing in many towns and villages in Malta. .
What makes this property unique
The best of both worlds!
You are in the centre of it all fitness, relax, beach, nightlife, dining, business networking, shopping and whatever else your heart desires....
Yet with the balcony door shut you are in this cosy, tranquil space full of natural light and air (if you open the bedroom window) and you can just shut off to the rest of the world out there!
I see it as my future retirement place as soon as the kids leave home!
