Fantastic Location
The apartment is flooded with natural light and is equipped to render it as practical and comfortable as possible.
Access is through an outside door and another main door leading onto the common area stairwell with lift. The lift goes up 3 floors then there is one flight of steps to the apartment.
There is one double bedroom with a comfortable bed as well as a sofa bed located in the living room which can sleep up to another 2 persons. The living area is air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, kitchen utensils and crockery. There is a dining table with 6 chairs inside and a table and 2 chairs on the outside terrace.
Home Safety
There is a fire extinguisher and fire blanket next to the washing machine in the kitchen.
Emergency lights are also installed inside and in the common areas.
In case of an emergency it is recommended that you leave via the main door and walk down the stairwell.

I am a pharmacist by profession and I just like to enjoy the simple things in life like food, good wine and travel either solo or in good company! I have 3 kids which keep my life rather full :)
Why they chose this property
This apartment is the ideal size for an individual, couples or four people max. Besides offering all the comfort and natural light it is located in the centre of everything. People who stay here do not need a car because everything you need is just outside literally!
May I advise that there is ongoing construction in the vicinity. Unfortunately construction is ongoing in many towns and villages in Malta. .
