Apartment La PALMA, just a 3-minute walk from Caleta Beach, will allow you to enjoy pleasant beach days, carnivals and Holy Week, because although it is located in a quiet area, next to the pedestrian street Virgen de la Palma, known for its restaurants and its famous church, with its majestic palm trees and its magnificent "pescaíto" fried fish restaurants, there live people who enjoy life as if it were their last day.



The apartment is located on a second floor with a lift in a renovated building. Furthermore, for the comfort of our guests we offer a free parking space in the same building.



It has 40m2 and a modern and welcoming style. It features a lounge-dining room and a fully equipped American kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, the lounge has a double sofa bed that gives the apartment capacity for up to 4 people.
