About this property

A Private Secluded Retreat In Great Neighborhood -Sleeps 8 Near Beach

This is a spacious, two story, 4 bedroom home with 3 master suites that have their own on-suite bathrooms. Two of these masters have king size beds and TV's, the other Master has a queen bed and a TV as well. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV with a Sony play station and games for the kids. There is also a small play area on the balcony for kids with books, chairs and toys to play with. The kitchen is very spacious newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances, a new stove and dishwasher. All kitchen utensils are supplied and all linens as well. The laundry is conveniently located on the second level with a brand new front load washer and dryer and a utility sink -beach towels are in the laundry room as well. The home also has an attached 2 car garage with pool toys, beach chairs, 4 bicycles, a surf board,fishing poles, tennis rackets, beach umbrella, and cooler as well as other items for your beach pleasure.

We also have a spacious patio/lanai with stairs leading to our wonderful lap pool! On the lanai and/or pool deck we have patio chairs, 2 recliners, a table and a BBQ grill for you to enjoy family time.

Lovely relaxing family trip to Siesta Key

House was great! Pool better than the pictures would suggest - such a blessing to have the pool to come back to every day after the beach for the kids. House was well stocked with things like spices, beach towels, etc. It was really a great house, quiet neighborhood, just a short mile drive to the beach. We enjoyed out stay immensely.

Spring Break with family

House was better than expected! House was very clean and equipped with everything that we needed. House is actually better than the photos online. We did have an issue with the outdoor furniture being covered in dirt and clearly not cleaned, before our stay. The house is nestled in the back of a cul-de-sac, which is perfect for our kids to play catch and ride the bikes in the street. Downfall was the cul-de-sac is off of a main road and we did get in trouble for riding our golf cart to and from town on this road.

Quite neighborhood

While it was a hiccup at first, the owners made it right within a reasonable time frame. My only feedback was the cleanliness of the property. It appeared to maybe have been vacant for some time. Washer has mold around the rubber ring. Master shower leakes. Outside those small things, the property was stocked well and was enough room for my family to have thier own spaces. The items in the garage (beach equipment) can use a major upgrade. But was nice to have since we flown in from Ohio.

Perfect Place for Family

My entire family was delighted to spend our holidays at this property on Siesta Key. The rooms were large and well appointed. The extra dining room tables came in very handy. The pool area was perfect - great security for our 3 year old. (She particularly enjoyed playing in the lovely play house on the grounds.) The locations was also a great positive - about a 2 minute drive / 10 minute walk to the beach. Wonderful to be so close to it - but much more private and restful than actually being on the beach. The owners were very responsive to our needs. The pool was a bit cool when we arrived and they actually made a trip to the house on Christmas Eve to adjust the temperature. That was deeply appreciated! We highly recommend this property to any family or group of folks vacationing together. The house has very comfortable common areas - as well as adequate private areas so that everyone has their own "space" when needed. We would definitely book it again if traveling to the area.

Great location

Great location for visiting Siesta Key Beach! Well stocked and well furnished. A lot of beach supplies etc.. kid loft area was cute. We wish the home was clean though, it would have made it more relaxing. We had to wipe a lot of things down upon arrival, which is the least desirable thing to have to do after a long day of traveling. The bathroom floors around edges, bottom of toilets and behind toilets, inside edges of showers. A lot of dead bugs and dust that were definitely accumulated over a long time and just never cleaned up. Couldn't use any ceiling fans because they were coated in thick dust. Trim and blinds very dirt coated. Doors all covered in dirty hand prints, especially back door. Ac vents on ceiling completely coated over with fur. Our allergies were very irritated. It is a shame that the property is so neglected it could be great. It really requires a deep professional thorough cleaning and better regular upkeep maintenance. Outdoor landscaping very overgrown and closterphobic in front and back around lanai area. Alot of spider webs around front door area and dead debris everywhere.

Would definitely stay again!

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and had an amazing time. This house is centrally located to food, beaches and fun! The pool is really nice and a great added perk! Perfect layout for 8 of us - mostly teenagers and they all approved!! You won’t be disappointed if you book this house. We are thinking about returning next year and would book this house again. The Jen’s were wonderful to work with too!

Amazing family vacation house

This house was perfect for our family of eight. It is so close to the beach and so close to downtown siesta key. We had such a fun time relaxing at the house and using the pool in the evenings and we just loved everything about it. The host was so so nice and helpful anytime we reached out through the week. We love that the house came stock with so many things like bikes and fishing poles and things that we needed for the beach. Saying there was such a pleasure.

Perfect Vacation Oasis Walking Distance To The Beach

This was the perfect place for our family of 7! The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for us all. It was so great to have the pool to relax in and enjoy after the day at the beach. The little ones really enjoyed their little reading nook and all the games! Petrija was very quick with communication and a pleasure to speak with. The older boys loved the bikes! Also, having everything you could need for the beach was wonderful! This was a perfect family vacation and we would absolutely stay here again if we’re in the area! Such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere!

Great location!

My family and I stayed here for a week and a half and the location was unbeatable! The house is located a bike ride away from the beach/village with ample beach parking (on the week days). The house had everything we needed from the kitchen being fully stocked to plenty of space for us to work remotely as needed. There were also plenty of towels for the beach and shower. Our only complaint was that two out of four of the bikes had flat tires that were irreparable and one of the chains popped off while we were riding around, so that was a bummer since we are big bike people. The pool was also perfect for after the beach and late night swimming but the backyard in general could use a little sprucing up and it would also be great if there were any type of sound system/speaker for music! Overall would definitely recommend this place since the location is prime to the beach and downtown Sarasota!!

Siesta Key Hideaway

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at this splendid vacation hideaway. Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you're well away from the hustle and noise of Siesta Village, but exactly TWO MINUTES from Siesta Key beach. Host Petrija was so helpful, flexible, and accommodating when our plans had to be delayed (twice) by COVID pandemic restrictions. Our experience in communications with her were ALWAYS positive. The home is well is very well appointed with all the "extras" anyone would need for activities for all who visit Although we did not have any young children on our trip, there were many things provided to keep young children engaged and occupied. Although the photos of the property give a good view of the property's amenities, the actual experience is so much better! Our three couples had ample room to relax and unwind in this very comfortably appointed and updated home. Thank you Petrija for a fantastic week! - John & Family

Fantastic vacation home on Siesta Key

The house was perfect for our group of 8....6 adults and 2 teenage boys. There was plenty of room to spread out or to be together for the Super Bowl game. It is conveniently located to everything on Siesta Key and it was very easy to contact the owners. The house was exceptionally clean with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels (including beach towels), comfortable beds, beach & pool toys , bikes, etc. We were lucky to have rented this property for a wonderful vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay here the house is located on a quiet dead end street. It’s convenient to shopping and the beach. Our children really enjoyed the pool I would recommend and stay here again.

Siesta Key Vacation Home

This is a lovely 4 bedroom home with a heated pool. The kitchen is well equipped. Easy access to the beach, on a quiet street. The beds are comfortable. Petrija and Lian were very helpful. We will definitely rent this house again.

I think our little surprise retreat hut is just the coolest thing around! We put it together and I haven't seen anyone in our area with such a cute hut. We enjoy relaxing in it and being away from everyone!
