Very beautiful renovated, independent, bright mill, located 5 minutes from the village of Espartignac. Pleasant setting near a stream, with a grassy and flowery interior courtyard, which is accessed via an old stone bridge. Child safety with gates.

A very Happy Holiday in a beautiful house in a beautiful green environment

Ginette and Jean-Jacques could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The interior of the house is both practical and charming. The exterior and surrounding grounds of the house were enchanting. Each time we went away for a day to do some sight-seeing - on our return, seeing the house always made us smile. In short - if you don't like this house - there is probably something wrong with you. Thank you so much Ginette and Jean-Jacques and, please God, we will see you soon again

L'adresse n'était pas fournie par Abritel, nous pensions donc que c'était facile voire fléché mais trouver le moulin après des heures de route n'a pas été facile! Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles. Le logement est propre et confortable malgré un ameublement vieillissant.Il faut signaler que le jardin est très mal clos et dangereux avec des enfants car tout à côté existent encore les installations du moulin et la rivière. Notre chien a failli se noyer dans un bassin.

Un guide d'accueil (mail ABRITEL) est pourtant envoyé trois jours avant leur arrivée (contact- itinéraire- accès). Donc nous ne nous expliquons pas vos difficultés pour arriver au moulin. Nous avons bien pris note des deux endroits problématiques, concernant la clôture et y remédierons . Ceci dit , le lieu est atypique, avec sa particularité : évocation d'un passé ancien, d'une histoire et l'on ne peut l'occuper si l'on apprécie pas ce côté "vieillissant" comme vous dites. L'environnement en pleine nature est loin d'être sécurisant comme une maison plus récente. Avec notre bon souvenir.

Nous venons de passer le week-end de la Pentecôte dans ce superbe gîte au milieu de son écrin de verdure avec le bruit tellement reposant de la rivière à ses pieds. Il y a tout ce qu il faut, on se croirait à la maison. Les hôtes sont charmants. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Superbe maison qui contient tout ce qu'il faut. L'espace extérieur a aussi été très apprécié avec la table, les transats, le barbecue et la table de ping pong. L'endroit est très calme et nous avons été tres bien accueillis. Je recommande cette location pour un moment en famille ou entre amis.

Un gite très calme pour se ressourcer

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour en Corrèze ! Le gite est spacieux et très bien entretenu, idéal pour des vacances au calme avec des amis. Les hôtes sont aussi très accueillants, réactifs en cas de problème et nous ont donné de bonnes adresses, c'était top!

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal unsere Sommerferien im Moulin Marteau verbracht. Das historische Gebäude liegt paradiesisch an einem kleinen Bach. Es ist sehr geräumig und charmant eingerichtet. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt. Frau und Herr Noillletas, die Vermieter, sind sehr sympathisch und waren bei Bedarf immer sofort zur Stelle. Vielen Dank!

Dépaysement

Cadre très agréable avec un ancien bien rénové près d'un cours d'eau et d'un pont pour un peu d'évasion et de fraîcheur. Extérieur fleuri où faire une petite sieste. Intérieur avec le confort des vacances pour une coupure digitale ( zone blanche).

MAISON DE CAMPAGNE EXCEPTIONNELLE EN PLEINE NATURE POUR FAMILLE

Un accueil plus que chaleureux par les propriétaires qui sont adorables endroit idéal pour se détendre en famille dans une maison de campagne en pleine nature et aussi pour les visites( château de POMPADOUR, de nombreux vieux villages et lacs etc...) je vous le recommande vivement.

Séjour mai 2024

4 jours passés dans un cadre idyllique non loin d' Uzerche. Les propriétaires sont charmants. L'équipement du gîte est complet, en bon état. Tous les occupants ont été ravis et nous y reviendrons.
