This charming apartment of 90 M2 is totally independent and located on the 1st and only floor of a typical traditional villa of the Algarve. From the terrace on the first floor the view is unobstructed and overlooks the sea and its surroundings. The villa is independent and equipped with a swimming pool of 10 meters by 5 meters on a garden of 4000 m2 without any opposite located 1.5 km from the beach and the town of armaçao de pera.

A perfect apartment in a great location for exploring the Algarve!We had everything that we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The balcony is really lovely with a sea view. Our children loved spending time playing in the pool! Also Maggie and Max, the dog and cat who live in the property below! Their owner Julieta was very friendly and welcoming. There are beautiful beaches just a short drive away and an excelled Aqua park nearby which the children enjoyed visiting.

Algarve stole our hearts

The property exceeded our expectations—-location is in center of the algarve so it was perfect for day trips along the coast and then have pool afternoons !! The kitchen was so well equipped —-we cooked amazing food with local ingredients! It was our first time in Portugal —-the weather was beautiful and the people are lovely—-WE WILL BE BACK😎🍋🇵🇹🤩

Fabulous apartment

We had a two week stay at the apartment and had a wonderful time. The location is great for exploring the algarve and the apartment is super, well equipped and tastefully decorated, pool is wonderful as are the grounds. Juliette although living in the ground floor apartment is very respectful and is very discrete but available if you need anything. Max the dog is very friendly and likes to come and say hello but then saunters off! Would thoroughly recommend the apartment - just fabulous.

Lovely apartment with phenomenal view and pool

We initially did struggle to find the location as it is up a dirt track and the house is named. However once in side the location was very peaceful and lovely. It was quite tight for 5 people but it had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating. We had an issue with the shower and it was fixed immediately. There is a dog and a cat on the property. This added to the holiday as my daughter is pet obsessed. The dog is old and very calm and loved my daughter's attention. WE would definitely recommend this listing.

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar,Die Ruhe und der wunderschöne Außenbereich mit Pool waren ein Genuß.Trotzdem zentral und man ist in Kürze mit dem Auto am Meer. Dieses ist auch fußläufig in 30 Minuten zu erreichen.Was uns besonders gefallen hat, waren Maggy und Max die beiden Tiere.Alles war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was notwendig ist um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem, entspannendem Blick in ruhiger Lage, schöne, klimatisierte Zimmer, sehr gute Ausstattung, tolle Terrasse. Die sehr nette und diskrete Gastgeberin, die im Untergeschoss wohnt, ist immer zur Stelle, wenn Hilfe benötigt wird, den überragenden Pool hat man quasi zur Alleinnutzung, das Grundstück ist groß und wunderschön.Das Haus liegt nördlich des sehr touristischen Amarçao de Pera, was den großen Vorteil hat, dass man mit dem Auto in 5min Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erreicht (oder zu Fuß in 25-30min). Außerdem hat man viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, die sich in 30-45min mit dem Auto erreichen lassen (Lagos, Silves, Portimão (e-Katamaran-Tour!), Faro, alles sehr schön, vor allem Faro), der schöne Strand Grande Praia ist knapp 10 Autominuten entfernt.Ein sehr schöner, entspannender Urlaub in einem der schönsten Objekte, in dem wir jemals waren und das waren einige.

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht

Wie auf dem Bildern beschrieben hatten wir eine ruhige tolle Woche in der Villa mit Pool. Der Garten ist traumhaft schön und die Unterkunft sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Unterkunft mit super Lage

Die Unterkunft war wahnsinnig schön und die Bilder hier auf FeWo entsprechen der Wahrheit.Alles war wirklich super, bis auf dass am letzten Abend die Gärtner den Garten gepflegt haben (Rasen mähen etc.) Das Ganze ging über drei Stunden und war etwas laut. Die Eigentümerin spricht leider überhaupt kein Englisch, weshalb man sich schwer verständigen konnte. Alles in allem würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, das Haus war top, den Pool hat man eigentlich für sich alleine und man ist vollkommen ungestört. Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub!

Richtig tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten wunderschöne 10 Tage bei Julietta. Tolle und freundliche Gastgeber, die immer hilfsbereit sind. Französisch Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Der Balkon mit Ausblick auf den Atlantik und der Pool waren unser absolutes Highlight. Ein Aufenthalt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Top Lage um die ganze Algarve zu entdecken. Nous avons passé 10 jours merveilleux chez Julietta. Des hôtes formidables et sympathiques, toujours prêts à aider. La connaissance du français est un avantage. L'appartement est un rêve. Le balcon avec vue sur l'Atlantique et la piscine ont été nos points forts absolus. Nous recommandons vivement un séjour. Situation top pour découvrir tout l'Algarve.

Wir kommen wieder

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal zu Gast in dieser Unterkunft und werden sicherlich auch wieder kommen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: ruhig, Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele Strände in näherer Umgebung, Entfernung zum Flughafen und Städte absolut ok. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt und ist sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet. Der Pool und Garten ist traumhaft und die Besitzerin sehr herzlich. Wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl. Unser Sohn hatte viel Freude an der Katze und dem Hund der Besitzerin und wir wurden von Ihnen immer sehr herzlich begrüßt wenn wir zurück kamen ;-)

Nette Wohnung mit super Ausblick

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern (13/15 Jahre) für 9 Tage Ende Mai 2024 hier und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer durch die Palmen im Garten ist wunderschön und entspannend. Der Garten und der Pool sind gepflegt. Es gibt viele Vögel im Garten (Schwalben, Blauelstern, Mönchssittiche, …), und es war schön ihnen einfach nur zu zuschauen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, wer also Entspannung sucht und auch mal in Ruhe ein Buch lesen will, dem wird es hier gefallen. Die Gastgeberin hat einen ganz lieben Hund (Max) und eine süße Katze (Maggie) die im Garten ab und zu zum Streicheln vorbei kamen. Ein Mietauto ist zwingend erforderlich. Das Mietauto kann man innerhalb des Grundstücks sicher parken. Mit dem Auto erreicht man mehrere Supermärkte mit großer Auswahl innerhalb weniger Minuten. Zu den wunderschönen breiten Sandstränden fährt man 5-10 min. Ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand war im Appartement vorhanden. In der Ortschaft gibt es eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und gute Eisdielen. Wer Fahrräder dabei hat, der kann auf einem super angelegten (Holzbretter-)Radweg durch die Dünen radeln oder wandern. In der Wohnung gibt es alles was man braucht zum Kochen (inkl. Grill auf dem Balkon), Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, …

Hervorragender Aufenthalt

Wunderbares Appartement in einer sehr gepflegten und tollen Umgebung mit einem super Ausblick . Die Terrasse ist sehr grosszügig und bequem ausgestattet . Man verbringt gerne Zeit dort . Urlaub in kleinem Paradies

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt! Eine sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtete, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse zum draußen Sitzen und Genießen! Blick auf Palmen, die entfernte Stadt und dahinter das Meer! Auch den schönen Pool im gepflegten Garten konnten wir nutzen! Juliette, die Hausherrin hat uns freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen und begleitet, wenn wir Hilfe und Rat brauchten. Ich konnte im Gespräch mein Französisch ein bisschen auffrischen. Die anhängliche Katze und der sehr liebe ruhige Hund Max begrüßten uns jeden Tag! Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 10 Min. bis zum Strand und in die Stadt. Wir fühlten uns ein bisschen wie im Paradies und empfehlen die Wohnung allen, die Ruhe und Erholung vom Stress in einer sehr schönen Umgebung suchen. Séjour agréable dans belle propriété

L‘appartement est géographiquement bien situé pour découvrir l‘Algarve. Le logement, très propre et bien équipé, est muni d’un balcon avec une belle vue. La propriétaire est bien sympathique et très serviable. Nous avons passé deux semaines agréables dans cette propriété bien entretenue et nous la recommandons sans hésiter.

Maison extraordinaire !

Maison magnifique dans un lotissement aéré à 5 minutes de la ville de Armaçao de Pera (petit vent bien agréable en ces fortes chaleurs de juillet). Tout était parfait. Le jardin est exceptionnel. Piscine très agréable. Terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Hôte très accueillante et discrète. Elle a mis tout en oeuvre pour que l'on se sente chez soi. L'appartement est très confortable, rien ne manque (matériel de cuisine, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver). Nous sommes restés 15 jours et les draps, serviettes ont été changé après une semaine. Ménage fait entre les 2 semaines également. Supermarchés, plage et restos à 2 Km. Voiture indispensable. Merci Madame Martins !
